Everything was fine; it was raining heavily.
One of the hotel buildings does not have an elevator.
The shower space was small.

The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area. There’s a nice little playground for kids and a beautiful garden where guests can sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. When we woke up to the first snow gently falling, the view was absolutely perfect and felt magical.

Breakfast was moderate, it could be better
The portions were not enough for a 2-hour breakfast, the dishes were not updated properly
What refers to location, it was nice and away from city dust and noise as they were repairing the streets and pavements in the center of the city
The photos and reality differed
It was mentioned to be a room with balcony and a king-bed, but there was no balcony and there were 2 twin-beds
Check in was later than expected, we had to wait for 30 an hour, although I had mentioned that we needed to check-in at 14:00 and my request had been confirmed
