Larger home with an open great room including the kitchen, living and dining area. Couch and chairs were newer and comfortable. Nice dining table. King size bed was soft and just right. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Washer and dryer were full sized and worked well. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, condiments, aluminum foil, plastic wrap etc. There is a nice private patio.
No air-conditioning in the home. The swam cooler helped with the hot days.

Very nice, very comfortable. Everything you need is on site. Close to everything we wanted and needed to do. Nice neighborhood. So much better than staying in a hotel/motel because there's so much more space.
During the day it was a little warm. But extra fans were available and in the evening it cooled off nicely.

We loved this property! The house was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was close to Black Canyon National Park so super easy to get there and back for some hiking and sightseeing.
Someone had taken the batteries out of the tv controller (who does that!😝). We got new batteries and had to call the owner to figure out how to sync it t to the tv. They were prompt and helpful!

The house felt like our home away from home! It was very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again! It was very easy to use the door code and not have to worry with a key. We also enjoyed taking evening walks around the neighborhood. Great place to call home for a few days! R
