The property was a very good price and we enjoyed it for a 3 night stay (though would maybe have been different if we were there for longer). Washing machines were easy to use.
The area is a little strange. It did not feel dangerous though.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler. It had a fridge, a very comfy bed and a chair and TV. The aircon was brilliant too for the summer, and there was lots of privacy. The staff were so unbelievably helpful and friendly, very kind! The showers were exceptionally clean and the laundry room was so convenient. I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great too, just a short walk to the subway and train station.
The hotel was perfect and everything about my stay was great. It was a little scary going out in the area at night in the area alone, but the hotel itself was amazing.

The room is very compact, when you enter, you’re basically already in the room. It includes a bed, a small table, a fridge, and a chair stored underneath the bed. The bed is elevated, so you need to use a few steps to get onto it.
Access is convenient, as the room doors are opened using a passcode.
Despite the small size, there is enough space to place and open a suitcase comfortably, which is not always the case in budget hotels.
The doors are not particularly soundproof. Because of the locking mechanism, you can hear people walking through the corridor with their luggage and closing their doors. It wasn’t very disturbing during my stay, but it’s worth mentioning.
Each floor has shared showers and toilets, which were always clean and easy to use. On the ground floor there is a large common area with tables, a microwave, and a kettle.
Overall, you get exactly what you pay for. I really enjoyed my stay and had everything I needed. The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the price is excellent. I would happily stay here again.

Great value for money. For two nights I paid $70AUD for a private room with it's own toilet, fridge, bed and mini 'lounge' section (TV). I liked the overall vibe of the hotel and appreciated that I could spread out in my own space to pack my bags and chill out at the end of a long day' I very much appreciated the TV and being able to binge Netflix of an evening. Facilities were clean and never had to wait to use the shower (which are separated by gender and available of several floors).
The area. Being someone unfamiliar with Osaka, one can't always tell what the 'good' vs 'bad' areas of a city will be, but unfortunately, this hotel falls into the latter category. Many homeless men, men loitering on the street, general filth (a lot of rubbish littering the streets, literal faeces also on the footpath and people smoking despite a city-wide 'anti-smoking' campaign) to be found. As a female, solo traveller, I did not feel comfortable walking the streets at night (even just to go to the convenience store or supermarket) and was on my guard, even in broad daylight. This isn't a reflection on the hotel, which was more than fine in itself, but something to be aware of if you plan on booking in this area.
There was also a major blunder with my room at check-in. I filled in the pre-check-in link that had been sent to me, which generated a QR code. I took this QR code to reception, who provided me with a room and entrance code. All good, I would have assumed. Made my way to the room, keyed in the code... only to find a random man already in the room! When I made this known to reception, the woman looked at me as though I had sprouted a second head. We both went to the room, she keyed in the code and yup, the man was still there. We then made our way back to reception where she had to get her manager involved, who again, couldn't understand how this had happened. They then had to generate a new code and allocate a different (or perhaps the correct) room to me. It was all very bizarre and after having travelled a fair way, not how I thought I'd be starting off my Osaka portion of my trip. Whilst this was sorted in a timely manner, there was never an explanation given as to how or why it happened in the first place, and I genuinely feel sorry for the man whom myself and the staff disturbed.
