Sehr zentrale Lage. Laut, mich hat das nicht gestört. Eigentlich ein nettes Apartment, aber ….

Bei Ankunft völlig verdrecktes Apartment vorgefunden. Nur Bettwäsche schien gewechselt. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toilette, ekelhaft. Wurde auf Drängen am nächsten Tag TEILWEISE gereinigt. Reinigungskraft hatte nur Auftrag für Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Boden, hat freundlicherweise Toilette und Körperflüssigkeiten an den Wänden entfernt. Wäre nie geblieben, aber St. Kilda war ausgebucht. Eingangstür auch unten rechts gebrochen.

Good value locat for accessing the beachfront and access to public transport to the CBD.

Proximity to start of the beachfront and the start of a triathlon and the cafe/restaurants was very good.

The main street of St Kilda has many pubs which tend to be noisy after-dark and to have loud people nearby when they close. Soundproofing was not great. If you are planning an early night's sleep you may need ear plugs, or to have a source of white noise like an air conditioning unit running.

The location. Nothing about the room.

Lack of communication would have not booked it if I knew it was an air BNB, was given the code to the lock box but not told where to find the box, which was hidden behind a planter box next to a pile of old dirty mattress and bed bases and that there was no room number on the blue disk in the lock box, so had to try ever door until one opened, the mold in the bathroom, the water damaged walls the broken front door that was badly repaired, the dust and uncleaned room, the small T.V on top of the wardrobes with the power cable going in to the wardrobe so it is being crushed every time the door is closed, dirty laundry in the cupboard

Exceptional

Very central location to all the cafes. Bars and restaurants, clean linen/towels, comfortable bed. It has a little kitchenette.

Will look for accommodation elsewhere next time.

The code given from booking.com was incorrect. We were in the rain and cold for an hour and a half. Then sent and waited for an email from Ian with the correct lock box code. Absolutely inexcusable

There was nowhere comfortable to sit just 2 little boxes the size of a milk crate. No wine glasses or tea,coffee and milk. Don't know why you bother to have a kettle.

Perfect studio in a great location!

Perfect location, beautiful room, big shower, comfortable bed, convenient access to property and room and great clear communication with property representative. Would definitely stay again as it serves its purpose perfectly!

Good location on a budget.

Such a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment and public transport. Exceptionally good was the free parking, such a benefit when you consider the location and the great rate for the room.

Initially couldn't locate key lock but when found was obvious.

easy and comfortable stay

location was fantastic as we were going to a concert at the palais! very short and easy walk.

apartment was comfortable enough and perfect for what we needed, but needs maintenance.

dissatisfied

- shower was leaking - cancelación was non refundable - receipt was no provided after more than a week wasn’t on time to make a reimbursement with the airline and he didn’t let me change the booking or have a reimbursement either so I lost everything - no customer service - no baggage service either. I asked to leave my bag a couple of hours and it was also sent as everything else.

Thank you for a comfortable stay

No breakfast service, but crockery & cutlery available for two - found to be rare elsewhere recently ??? Proximity for our needs was excellent & somewhat affordable

A bit noisy, but was to be expected in St. Kilda & opposite a bar. A very small room but well facilitated

Simple property just needs a bit of upkeep.

It was a self-contained property with a fair amount of storage, iron & ironing board, comfy bed and close to lots of attractions.

Lack of kitchen equipment and existing crockery was dirty with no washing up liquid provided. Also had to request key code for access as hadn’t been supplied by the time we had arrived. Finally the bar across the road was very loud and sadly the windows were not double glazed so we could hear everything.

despite the little things I’m being picky about, it was a good, comfortable stay

loved how close it was to my venue, beach and shops, was lovely to have good air-conditioning and firm bed

the shower and toilet seat needs fixing as the shower was still letting water out no matter how tight I turned it off and the toilet seat was loose. Would also be good to have a tissue box there as I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose and there was no face washer included with towels.

I know it’s petty but full strength coffee sachets and may be a small milk. But I know in this day and age of lactose intolerance and preferences of non dairy milks it would be hard to please everyone

Convenient location in St Kilda, but customer service and check in process appalling.

The location to attend an event at the Palais Theatre was fantastic. We also ate dinner at the bar over the road which was convenient. Off street free parking was a good bonus. Kettle, toaster provided if you want to have a quick breakfast or snack.

The key was in a lock box. No instructions were given as to where the lock box was located. When I found them, there were 4 and again, no indication as to which one was the one I needed to open. Luckily it wasn'r dark as I wouldn't have been able to get into it. The 'key' was a fob with no number on it ...... how do I know what my room number is??? I phoned the contact number but no one answered, nor did anyone ever return my call. Luckily a very helpful girl came up the stails and suggested i try room number *** with the fob. The door opened so I assume we were in the right room. Very poor/lack of communication. If we'd have arrived later and the helpful girl who seemed to know which room should try hadn't come along we would still be standing in the street!!!!! The room was adequate for our needs and the bathroom was clean but the shower dripped all night. Bed a little hard.
