Excelente Local perto do metro e badala Rua Ausra. O Atendente Luan sempre disposto a ajudar no Hstel. Local com ambiente limpo e arrumado.

The help that I got from the staff working there, especially Ro and Luan, was the best!! The location is perfect for exploring São Paulo. Very close to Avenue Paulista.
I wish that there had been a kitchen and a common room to relax and talk to people.

I liked the location and the toilet.
First of all I want to start saying that I was travelling solo as a woman and I just arrived in Brazil my first time, I got approached by the receptionist in the women’s toilet (he followed me while I was getting ready to go out) he asked to kiss me, I said no and he said can I kiss your hands? At first I though it was Brazilian culture so I laughed and then, I had the room only with the 2 beds and that night I was alone, I woke up around 3 am and I found him in my room in the dark. I still don’t know what happened. This scared me a lot. I told this to the girl at the reception ( she is volunteering ) and said she was going to tell the manager, I don’t want to blame her but still I asked her to check the camera with the manager what time the guy enter the room at night and she said sure I will let you know , she never came back to me. This is so unprofessional and not human either ! Left me like this and it’s the worries of travelling around Brazil alone
