All was well but it rain 4 days out of the 5 that I was there and I had to stay indoors most of the time.

The location is just perfect, close to the beach, to the night market, and to the bus station.
That was by far the dirtiest room we had in Taiwan.
The no-window room smells awful and is very humid.
The aircon is just above the bed and you cannot change wind orientation (broken feature).
Absolutely not soundproof. We could hear our neighbors' children for hours.
No water heater nor tea bags.
Note that rooms with window appeared to be better. Do not hesitate to spend a little bit more to get one.
