The place was clean.
The owner is a liar, basiclly.
He offers extremely overcharged prices to do activities in the national park. You can find much lower prices in the agencies in town. It's a SCAM. He'll tell you that he is "from the company", but is not true.
The hostel didn't have hot water, so I had to bathe with a bucket. To get hot water, they gave me an electric kettle.
The location is quite far from the city. Think that many activities in the park stars at 7, and he (the owner) will want to charge you to take you there.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro. No hay mucha opción de transporte pero el paseo hasta la ciudad es bonito.
No obstante eso no fue lo malo. Lo malo fue la ACTITUD NEFASTA de uno de los 2 hermanos que dirigen el hotel. Nada más llegar se comportó de manera prepotente, chula, agresiva y mal educada pero no lo calábamos porque era el típico que no sabes si es majo o no (faltaba conocerlo un poco más pero nos daríamos cuenta de que no estábamos equivocados).
Teníamos un muy buen precio gracias al nivel genius 3 de Booking y parecía que le molestaba darnos la habitación que correspondía, alegando que pagábamos muy barato (y claro, qué queríamos por ese precio, decía). Hola? Eres tú el que hace la gestión de las tarifas y me dices a mí que qué espero por ese precio? Pues asegúrate de poner precios y servicios acorde que yo simplemente reservo lo que se me ofrece.
Finalmente nos la dio a disgusto, intentando colarnos otra habitación de categoría inferior.
Teníamos el desayuno incluido y el mismo día del check in aclaramos qué era el desayuno. Preguntamos por milk tea y nos dijo que sí estaba incluido.
Le preguntamos también por los packs para poder ver Chitwan National Park y los precios eran de estafa total!!! NO RESERVÉIS CON ELLOS LOS PACKS!!! Os podéis ahorrar mucho dinero si lo hacéis con alguna otra agencia del pueblo. Nos querían cobrar 130€ y sacamos lo mismo por 80€. UN AUTÉNTICO ABUSO.
Mientras hablaba con nosotros su actitud corporal era agresiva y continuamente levantaba el dedo índice a modo agresivo mientras lo acompañaba de un "listen to me" agresivo y mal educado, cortándonos todo el rato y sin dejarnos hablar. Toda una vergüenza de customer service. Además, se le notaba claramente que IBA DROGADO (nos reconoció que consumía setas alucinógenas y drogas en general y, además, vimos como las compraba).
Estuvimos 3 noches.

The place exactly in the nature that you can chill and enjoy even doing nothing. Owner and employees was so helpful. It was like family vibe.

Its location was near the forest park and had peace and good views.The water pressure in the toilet and bathroom was awful and there was no follow up to fix it
For the tour, the hotel manager convinced us to buy a safari ticket by showing pictures of different animals, solo boat rides, and beautiful forest. But after the safari was over, we only saw one rhinoceros and four deer. Our problem was the dishonesty of the hotel manager.

We have checked the price on booking.com, arrived there and it’s been told by the staff, the price might not be correct, so he called the owner, had a small chat, HE AGREED THE PRICE AT THAT MOMENT!
after we all settled, met the owner, then he broke the promise, saying that he could not do that price.
I can understand if you have told me at the very beginning, after all it’s your property, you have the last right, but you Let us settle then broke the promise, let me think this might be a trap.

it was a great vacation. The owner is cheerful, hospitable, foresaw our every desire, picked up and took him to all excursions, rented a scooter for a ride and even treated us to papaya from his garden! There was also a very tasty fish for dinner.

Great hotel to stay in Chitwan! We checked into the hotel on April 30th and had a good time until May 2nd. All this time we were very pleased with the professional attitude of the owner and impeccable service. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh, especially I advise you to try the thukpa. Dilip helped us organize a safari tour: a jeep and a walk through the national park. Thank you for taking into account all our wishes and budget! We got unforgettable emotions from meeting with deers, crocodiles, rhino and jackal, and also enjoyed the beautiful nature of Chitwan. We advise everyone to stay in Hong Qi!

I couldn't believe what I saw. The property itself is quite nice, spacious with nice views, but it seemed like the management had completely forgotten that they are running a hotel - it was a battle to get warm water to bathe, I had to change the sheets myself, the bathroom and common areas were filthy - it was like living in a war zone, really.
Almost everything could have been better.
It is just a shell with potential to be a nice place, but the management is too busy with their own personal lives and couldn't care less what is happening in the property.

location is next to elephant breeding station. you dont need safari to see animals. all you need is to sit by the river side all day till dark. deer, rhino, alligators all come to the area. Property is new hence looks like the photos put online. The elephant breeders are nice and they allow u to interact with a few elephant babies.
big jungle like spider in the room which came on the bed. The toilet floor is dirty. and room floor is not swept properly l before checkin. Hole in the wall needs to be repaired to avoid jungle pests. need to provide mirror in room. window glass doesnot work as mirror in day. The kettle pot was dirty at the bottom.
Charged a lot for the safari. Otherwise, Dilip is very friendly and good to have a conversation with. You should get jeep safari in 1500 +1000 permit he he charged me 3800. Inquire and bargain properly.
Everywhere in Chitwan the rules are kept ambiguious by locals so that they can extract as much money as possible with a very warm and smiling face.

I loved the ambience of the location as well as the services from the staffs have provided. The hotel is the closed one to elephant's breeding and Chitwan National Park gate. Beautiful sceneries and souls found around the area. Very natural yet indigenous. Not so many people speaks in English but obviously could feel they have had very warmth welcome to all the foreigners.
Had to experience to be kept in the middle of the jungle, where i did my morning run/walk which leads me to enter the National Park alone myself without any permits on my hand. After made 4+ km walked inside the jungle i have then finally met group of people and asked if i was on the right direction as there no service/signal I found for my map. They're surprised that i could made my walk alone as it supposed to and must to have the guide with me with the permit as well. I didnt get this clear information at the first place until then they finally reached my hotel and had to give hard time to my hotel's owner, Dilip. He finally solved my issue with the Head Quater of Chitwan National Park where they insisted Dilip to presents at their office. Thank you for saving me Dilip, you are amazing!! 🤍
I had to write for a apologise statement letter to the Head Quater National Park officers for entered the jungle with nonpermit nor guide as it was not my intention to do so. Hence i declined to pay the cost of NP 2000 for permit. My journey was stopped at 8.15am at the army base camp, in the middle of the forest. As they kept me for almost 4hrs until they sent me back to the gate with guided by 4 of their armies and one local gy named Amrit who I found speaks Malay and safe as my translator as well.
I have enjoyed my 4hrs spent there as i could experience with my own eyes how do they life in that base camp. They cooked the organics food and they eventually served and pleased me to had breakfast at 10AM with them!

Just perfect if u r searching for a place to be in the nature and 3 minutes away from the park.
The food is good,you can hire motorbikes or bicicles also. And the owner is so friendly and honest

My comment is not about the room. That was alright. Got surprised from reaction of owner when my money got stolen at the place. Since beginning he acted like I invented the whole thing giving offensive comments while the place was inspected like "tomorrow you can say you have been raped" (he said that few times, and the WAY he said that, for my mentality it's a harrassment) ," where you drunk when someone entered through your window at night that you haven't seen?" And so on. The fault can be mine, that I was not extra careful with my belongings, but a bit of sympathy in this situation would be better than the reactions I got there.

The hotel is very well located near the bridge to access national park by foot. We did a great safari with Dilip the owner where we saw many animals, I recommend it!
Also hotel was good, there was real hot shower and you can ride a bike to go around, the place is very quiet and relaxing.

The location is right next to the national park, a truly rural and very silent and in-nature area.

Water in bathroom was warm only, not hot, after asking for a bucket and preparing the water with heating up in the water boiler i could have a proper hot shower.
Booking.com deal said breakfast is included in price, but in reality, on the spot owner refuses to give you a bowl of muesli with yogurt and curd (that costs max 20 rupees to prepare), he says if you do not pay extra (and even checks how much is charged for the room, no matter breakfast is included) its plain black tea and 2 pieces of white toast with jam. That is a very cheap attitude, showing it is a business not caring for guests, which is sad. Definitely not a "home away from home".
Somehow many smaller or bigger details were difficult and didnt have an honest and good overall feeling.
The location is great only otherwise you will find nice guesthouses at the same price and with warm hospitality.

मैं मुझे दीपक के पास 2 रात रुका चितवन का सबसे अच्छा स्थान लगा सरसो के खेत के बीच चितवन नेशनल पार्क के बीच यह होटल है। रात का खाना भी बहुत स्वादिष्ट था। कमरा और बाथरूम बहुत ही साफ और अच्छा है। wi-fi की स्पीड भी बहुत ही तेज़ काम करता है। मालिक और स्टाफ भी बहुत अच्छा व्यवहार करते हैं।

To be honest I liked comfortable and cheaper accommodation. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Elephant rearing center. They also have food within the facility which can be delivered to your room. Bicycles are also available for hire. Above all, very good wifi

It was very cozy and the owners are the sweetest and most generous. They accommodated us in every way and always wore a genuine smile. moreover, the owner was also a guide for us and during the trek in the jungle he gave us so much useful information. I am very happy we decided to stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it!
