It is a lovely family-owned hotel, very very well maintained with amazing breakfast. The location is so central (a few minutes walk to the bus terminal / taxi terminal) yet it’s on a hill and unblocked view for morning hot air baloons and evening lights.
We had a room with a balcony and waking up to the view was magical :)
Everyone was kind and helping with our tour arrangements and transport arrangements.
I wish there were two side tables on both sides of the bed. And somehow the mini fridge kept making noise so we had to keep lowering & turning on/off the switch.

An ideal place to explore Cappadocia and watch the hot-air balloons, with wonderful views in every direction. There’s space to park and a separate entrance from the street. It’s easy to get around from the hotel, and you can also head out exploring on foot.
The reception staff were very kind, but the elderly owners made our stay particularly special. They live in a smaller house right next door, alongside their vegetable garden. They were warm, hardworking, chatty and caring, and served us generous breakfasts.
The courtyard is lovely, with a lawn, a grapevine-covered gazebo and ripe plums—we picked them straight from our balcony! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Very stylish hotel with carpets and some other old things, like a small museum. Very quite inside during the day!
Nothing we would really describe as a negative. The only thing we weren’t used to was the call to prayer from a nearby minaret at around 4 a.m. We see it as part of the local culture to respect, but it’s worth knowing about if you’re a light sleeper.

We had an excellent stay! The location is absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Fatih and his sister for taking such great care of us and making us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
