Perfect apartment and location for a family trip

This has been the 2nd year at 1Oak and I think that says it all. It is a very modern, super clean building. The hosts are lovely, the pool is nice and the beach only a few minutes on foot. A supermarket is right across the street and it is also possible to walk downtown alongside the beach. On the beach there is a restaurant, a fast food place, a beach bar etc. but it does not feel crowded. Absolutely recommend the whole 'package'!

Highly recommend! I hope that we would have opportunity to come back there next year!

Everything was perfectly fine, apartments like on the pictures, super clean. Hosts are so kind and helpful. Jacuzzi and pool clean and good prepared as well. Quiet neighborhood and whole island Vir, tasty restaurants around and Studenac just across the street. Highly recommend! I hope that we would have opportunity to come back there next year!

Hope to use again someday!

Excellent service and very attentive owners. Provided us with Iron, beach towels and any number of other items on request, as we were there for a wedding. Late checkout as our flight was not until the evening of departure. Really enjoyed pool and BBQ facilities.

A slice of heaven on Vir

Just completed an excellent (if too short!) stay at 1oak. Amy and Davor were amazing hosts: helped us via the app pre-arrival and then constantly on WhatsApp and in person during our stay. The apartment was huge & clean, the pool area had everything we needed and the beach & local restaurants were very close. They also provided transfers from the airport and then into Zadar Old Town.

We had a really good holiday there. Hosts were very friendly and always willing to help us with everything. Apartment was very nice and clean and close to the beach. I can only higly recommend this place🙂
