Family vacation 2023

The staff was great, Nancy, who was taking care of the rooms, made sure we were good each day even though we requested no room service. Rooms had everything we needed to enjoy the stay, and everything worked. The space out back was wonderful for my family to enjoy as we sat out and talked day or night. Will return again

The only improvement would be bed size and quality mattress, I know the price is great, but those would make blatay better

5 min drive to the heart of town but go elsewhere!

The location of the hotel is a 5 minute drive to all the attractions to include shops , beach and many attractions.

The hotel room was very dated , the rugs were very dirty that we did not walk barefoot , we kept flip flops on. There was a window in the shower that did not have a curtain so we had to cover the window with a towel , the window was also moldy . The shower kept leaking .There was not a clock or telephone in the room, no shampoo and no tissues. The two rooms we had were very very dark , not adequate lighting . The pool was good , clean area around , and neat chairs and tables . It’s too bad this hotel isn’t updated it could be very nice especially due to location . Very overpriced and not clean at all. Lake George is beautiful, we will be back but will stay elsewhere.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms that were on the brookside were big enough.

I dont have any complaints. The property was good. We used their gas grills

A lovely place to stay

I love this place. We've stayed twice and booked a queen cabin both times. It's a lovely property. The staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. The cabins are clean, comfortable and charming. The setting is lovely by the brook, surrounded by trees. I can't say enough about how nice it is and how much we have enjoyed our stays here. I highly recommend this property.

The water pressure in one cabin was very low for showering, but in the other one it was fine.

Good value for the location and comfortable accommodations.

Good location. Maintained well. Pool and brook are a nice features. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean enough to feel comfortable in.

The room we stayed in had very uneven floors. It felt like we were on a boat depending on where we walked in the room. Felt a little like our room was on a slight downhill. Floors could have been mopped and then it would have felt super clean.

Glad we only had to sleep there but next time it will be someplace else.

Location was good.

the floor was like you were in a fun house. The whole room slanted. The floor had spots that would push down when you stepped on it. No electrical outlet in the bathroom, the bathroom door stuck if you closed it all the way and my husband went to sit against the headboard of one of the beds the bed rolled away. Looked like part of the ceiling was bowing too. The room should not be used. Have stayed here before and never had a problem but will find someplace else next time.
