Place itself was clean, location good.
I asked days earlier if I could check-in early (14:00-15:00), at first they misunderstood and thought I wanted to check-out later but I clarified and got a response "yes, it's possible but there might be cleaners at 14". I said that's fine and they didn't reply anything to that anymore so I thought alright cool, seems I can check-in early but nope. When I got to the keybox around 14:30 there was no key, I messaged the two numbers provided on whatsapp, one said to message a different number (not listed anywhere) but no one answered. I waired until 15:15 to see if someone is going to answer or turn up with a key but no one did. I left and came back later around 18 and thankfully the keys were there but no one ended up answering. Very frustrating experience.

Light & airy, pleasant feel, light decor. Nice balcony. Lots hot water, well equipped
Lift broken all our stay ( we were on 5th floor) but being repaired. Problem for seniors with suitcases.

Great location, it was very quiet considering it’s right in the heart of the city. Lovely balcony, great for drinking coffee and just hanging out.

Nice apt had all you need
Easy to access trains and trams.
Did not know they wanted payment in cash or transfer until the day we went to check in I had given all card details at time of booking in August for the 3 night stay. I paid by cash then my booking shows as cancelled which means I miss my booking points
