A really great hotel, especially because of its excellent location – the metro station is literally about 150 metres away, which makes getting around Paris very easy.
The room was well maintained and very clean, with daily housekeeping, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, what deserves special praise is the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. They helped me carry my luggage to my room, and when I asked for a hairdryer and a kettle, there was absolutely no problem. The staff speak both French and English, so communication was very easy.
At the end of my stay, the lady at reception also helped me book a taxi at a much better price and even helped me find the exact place where the driver was waiting for me.
I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, cleanliness, comfort and, above all, wonderful and helpful staff. If I am ever in Paris again, I will definitely stay here again!
There is really nothing I would change. The only thing that would be nice is a designated smoking area somewhere inside the hotel.

Clean and practical room. Small but fine for the price in Paris. Bakery BASE a couple of minutes away much better value than local cafés for breakfast.
Noise from the staircase early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault just inconsiderate guests.
