The room was very clean and staff very helpful
The location was a bit far from the lake. Also a person with disabilities have no access to, but it is mentioned in the hotel’s description

It was quite. Nothing special, but can't complain much. Good for a short stay
The bedshits had some humidity signmarks. Looks like hotel was renovated, but some works weren't finished. No glass between shower and toilet and water sprays into toilet. Some hangers are missing. A bit far from the center. There is not much access to lagoon from Bacalar. Was ok for us. with boat trip that starts 20 min away from hotel and beach club 35 min away - taxi costs 70 pessos. But lots of good restaurants 5-15 min walk way
