Good location and a good apartment considering the price, although there are some things that could be improved. The staff are great – they respond quickly to all your questions and are very kind. Everything in the apartment worked properly; nothing was broken.
The sofa is broken and not comfortable to sit on at all. There is a lot of construction work outside the building, so if you rent a car you have to drive around quite a bit to reach the apartment.
I think some of the requirements, such as having everything completely clean before checkout, don’t make sense—especially when the reason given is that the cleaner is too expensive per hour. How do you expect the dishes to be washed if there are no sponges in the apartment and someone has to go to the shop just so everything is cleaned and tidy for your checkout?

Mieszkanie fajne, duży taras.
Po zawarciu najmu dowiadujemy się o kaucji dość dużej i tu mam zastrzeżenia, w lokalu cennik na stole z wysokim odszkodowaniem za sprzęty. Pierwsze co zrobiłam to zdjęcia bo sofa uszkodzona, szafka w łazience również. Czajnik nie działał. Najpierw wlaściciel powinien sprawdzić lokal i naprawić wszystko. Co do czystości to ok kurzu nie było, ale firany i zasłony powinny być wyprane a są szare z brudu. Bateria prysznicowa do wymiany bo nie ma ciśnienia na cieplą wodę trzeba kombinować. Klimatyzacja słaba do wyczyszczenia. Byliśmy w grudniu gdzie zimno w lokalu i trudno było nagrzać pomieszczenia. Strasznie hałasowała . Również potrzebny serwis. Lokal obsługuje firma zewnętrzna z Holandii więc dla mnie to bierze tylko pieniądze a nie kontroluje stanu. Byliśmy w dwie osoby i był jeden zestaw ręczników. Po zgłoszeniu dowieźli na drugi dzień. I uwaga!! Meldując się po 21 godzinie musicie dodatkowo zapłacić. Wszystkiego dowiadujemy się po zarezerwowaniu.

Clean and spacious apartment
I arranged with them for a car to pick me up from the airport. The driver came with 35 mins delay and never apologized. He was rude. He was the one who checked me in and gave me the keys.
After you book and pay for the apartment, you get a message saying that you have to pay a 200eur deposit during check-in. This was done on the 1st of November, up to now, they have not returned the money to me.
Really bad service. They say they manage 200 apartments in Malta, and yet they are so unprofessional.
