Appartement très propre et très bien équipé avec 2 chambres et deux salles de bain: une avec baignoire, bidet et l'autre avec douche. Il y a beaucoup de rangements pour nos vêtements.
Il y avait même un lave linge que nous n'avons pas utilisé parce que nous ne restions que deux nuits. L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation que nous avons utilisée un court instant. Elle fonctionne parfaitement et est très silencieuse.
Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et très attentionnés. Une assiette de bonbons pour les enfants, 4 petites bouteilles d'eau, des capsules de café, de thé, de tisanes pour la machine à café, des petites barquettes de confiture, de miel , de nutella et même des croissants préemballés pour les premiers jours.
Je ne peux pas parler de l'emplacement car nous ne venions pas en tant que touristes mais pour rendre visite à des amis. On peut garer sa voiture très facilement juste devant l'immeuble.
On peut cuisiner . il y a tout ce qu'il faut en casseroles. il manque juste un saladier.
Dans la deuxième chambre, on dort sur un canapé lit, c'est un peu dommage si on est des adultes mais le matelas est très bon.

A wonderful apartment in Rosa. Brand new, all amenities included, 2 tubs, spacious and very well equipped.
We received the apartment spotlessly clean.
A/C, a good wifi and a free parking are included.
Our lovely host was just great, and we even got an excellent breakfast for the next morning for all of us - very much appreciated!
All in all, warmly and wholeheartedly recommended, we'll be very glad to come back again on our next visit !

The home is everything you would need during travel. The kicthen is modern and ample, eating area and living room are large and the bedrooms and bathrooms are more than wonderful. If I am in that area again, I will stay here. It is worth the price.
