For a short overnight stay, especially if you need to be close to the train station, this is exactly what you'll need. It was quite comfy, and we quite enjoyed our stay
It was a bit of a tight fit for 4 people
As some people have pointed out, the neighborhood is, let's say, interesting. There were abandoned buildings all around, and the people we've met on our way to the apartment were not pleasant. So be prepared to meet some weirdos, or to hear strange sounds in the middle of the night coming from the street

We stayed at these apartments for just one night. The building appears to be either new or recently renovated, and we were particularly impressed by the very high quality of the interior finishes. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant.
The room was bright, cosy, and had a nice balcony. The only significant downside was the lack of air conditioning. We were travelling as a family of four, and during a hot summer night the small room became extremely warm and stuffy. Air conditioning would definitely make a big difference, especially during the summer months.
The location is quite convenient and close to the city centre. However, the surrounding neighbourhood did not feel particularly pleasant. At one point we were also a little concerned about leaving our car parked on the street overnight. Fortunately, the hosts reassured us that they had never experienced any incidents involving guests’ cars, which made us feel much more at ease.

Very detailed instructions, lady was kind and helpful. Everything needed was in the place, many towels, biscuits, sugar, coffee and tea. Microwave, kitchen utensils) amazing and comfortable flat
The sofa was saddle-backed, that’s why my back hurt and the blankets are too hot, but for one night it’s ok

Very clean and the host was very helpful. Easy check-in
The location is very convenient. Nevertheless, it can feel unsafe. Nothing happened to us but I would be weary of going alone.
