This beautiful 2 storey modern home comprises a spacious second living area upstairs, with a lovely balcony to sit and relax on a summer night with glimpses of the river, plus 3 bedrooms. Downstairs has an open living / dining / kitchen with dishwasher plus another bedroom. Additional features include reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, a family bathroom with bath and 3 toilets. There is also a large deck area, perfect for BBQ's, 2 TV's, DVD, washing machine and dryer, table tennis and an outdoor heated shower.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
