La amabilidad y disponibilidad de servicio de las personas que atendían el counter. Siempre prestos a atender mis requerimientos como cuando puedo cambiar de habitación por una con ventilación natural. El hotel estaba súper limpio y ordenado.
Que un tomacorriente no funcionaba. Cómo hacía calor un día dormí con aire acondicionado pero luego hacia frío y solo había disponible una sábana para cubrirse.

The price is right, $18 a night. The location is in the heart of the city. The front desk guy was friendly, the taxi driver knew where it was, and the hotel felt very secure. The AC worked well, and the room was clean. There are two Tia grocery stores very close.
Well, it's not the hotel's fault, Quevedo is really noisy and dirty and it's super hard to find a decent restaurant, they are all sidewalk stands. As for the hotel, the room was really dark, only one, very weak lightbulb, really hard to see. The hot water is a "suicide shower," a showerhead that heats water electrically, and I couldn't get real hot water. Also, the maid unlocked my door and started to walk in while I was still in bed, without knocking, that was a surprise. And the wifi was weak and interrupted. The men in the room next to me were very loud and shouting down the hall early in the morning. For 18 bucks, what do you want? It was secure and clean, best you can hope for. I wouldn't go to Quevedo if I could avoid it.
