Nice and quiet

The decoration in general.

It was a weekday with little tourism and walking around is very lonely and not with the best lighting.

Good

The place is on a relatively quiet street but at the same time, it is centrally located with many foods and drink options nearby. The coast (I could not call the beach) is also close. It was very clean and luminous and it has everything you need for a short stay.... except for a microwave. It has covered parking but the access is tight.

My main concern is that it is sold as Coco Studio and most of the pictures are from Coco Studio but we were placed in another studio: Cactus Studio which is pretty similar but not the same and actually a bit cheaper. So it is misleading because pictures of both studios are mixed. Another thing to consider is the covered parking that is a bit tight so if you have a bigger car it won't do the trick. And finally the lack of a microwave which is very handy sometimes.

Felt safe and comfortable. The owner whent out of its way to help me with some personal matter

Location is excellent for my needs. Loved it. Plus is very close to the water...few short blocks.

Things that are not under the owners control. One night the neighborhood dogs decided to have a "chat"...

Very good

Good A/C, good kitchenette, large shower, easy enter/exit, close to the Malecón & good restaurants, quiet neighborhood.

Cement floors unfinished (paint drops and oil ring stains), hand-held shower and shower-head need repair or replacement, drain under bathroom sink leaks.

We felt so comfortable and welcome here, there was plenty of water, snacks and a pack of coffee for each morning. The studio had a nice modern design, good bed, lovely balcony and a good shower. There was also sufficient kitchen utensils to cook, and the host was super friendly, kind and fast to answer our quieres about tours and taxi e.g. The check-in and access through code locks is very practical.

Clean, comfy studio, location could be better

Comfortable bed. Shower has a hand shower too. Owner was friendly and providing information. There's a small kitchen. Provided coffee was good but lasted for 2 days. Wifi was one day very slow and tv is Netflix, etc only. The owner got this fixed next day.

It's a little bit far from everything. Especially in the evening if you don't like to walk on empty, dark streets. Need to bring drinking water. No cleaning during 3 nights stay. Could have been cheaper.

Great place to stay home from home

Thoughtful little touches that makes you feel very much at home like beach towels, coffee and little welcome snacks and had water placed in the fridge for us. Location was fantastic, only a couple of blocks from the Malecon and great restaurants. Reasonably priced and better than the photos look.

Apt. By the sea

The responsive staff when we had an issue with the toliet seat. The coffee, tea and treats. The balcony was cute. The bed was comfy, good wifi. Close to Malecon. Locked parking garage. They offered to hang on to a folder I left till I come back.

The location because the street was noisy and the surrounding streets had some pretty wrecked places. Also, this is personal preference, but the floor seemed to be unsealed concrete, I didn't like walking barefoot.

Disappointing

I liked the towels.

Located on a loud and busy thoroughfare. Cheap bedding, slow WiFi that crashed randomly, low water pressure, comparatively pricey to other accommodations in better areas with higher levels of service and care

Comfortable for remote working

Ariana was very friendly and proactively checked up on my stay. She stocked the apartment with nice details like snacks, plenty of extra towels and everything you need. I enjoyed Netflix on the TV.
