Our stay for my graduation at UCT was celebratory, joyful, and cozy.

I liked how welcoming the owner of the place was and she was always just a text away whenever we needed help with something. I also love that this location was close to UCT so I could easily Uber with my family to UCT for my graduation.

Best weekend away

Everything was nice comfortable relaxing

The fact that the pool was close even though the weather was not good we still wanted to swim because rain is wet and the pool is wet but we had fun.

Worse experience for me and family. We did not enjoy our time

Nothing.

I honestly have nothing positive to say about our experience. After the booking had already been made, the lady who assisted us sent an email informing us about a R1,000 brokerage fee that would be required upon arrival. When we left the property, she refused to refund the money, even though nothing was broken or damaged. The property was also advertised as having a pool, but the pool was not available during our stay. We also had to buy our own firewood. That would not have been a problem, but there were stacks of wood available in the yard, which made the situation frustrating. Most importantly, I did not feel comfortable at the property at all. It did not feel child-friendly, and there were warning signs and instructions posted everywhere — in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and throughout the house, explaining what guests could and could not do and how things should be done. I booked this place hoping to relax and spend quality time with my family, but instead I left feeling more tired and stressed than when I arrived. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I am extremely disappointed.

Nothing really

The space is not free and there is no privacy.it was not disclosed that the landlord stays there and has access to the rooms. Too many unneccessary restrictions and rules.
