Overall, a very nice, reasonably spacious apartment in a very nice spot, and with off-street parking. Nice view from the window (it's on the 2nd floor, 2 flights of stairs up). There's a laundry machine (we didn't use it though) and clothes drying rack, a small fridge and a hob, an ironing board and iron. No big complaints, we were happy, and the location was exactly where we needed it. (P.S. you will need to pay the Kaunas old city reduced pollution zone charge each time you drive in, just be aware, it can easily be done by paying the €2 at the parking meter down the street, or online)
It wasn't clear in the instructions but we figured out: you need to go upstairs first into the apartment to get the remote (lying on a table somewhere) to open the gate to let your car into the back parking area. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a dish drying rack, instead of trying to make do with paper towels. In the bathroom, we were only given 2 shower towels (and one was dirty), luckily we had our own. The place is also crawling with spiders (perhaps they like the roof space). I didn't mind too much, but had to relocate a few for the sake of my partner. At least there's no flies!

Geniale Lage.
Ausstattung war modern und gut. gemütliche Betten, gute Matrazen. Waschmaschine war prima!
Schlüsselübergabe hat überhaupt nicht geklappt; bei Anreise benötigten wir 45 Minuten und unzählige Telefonate, E-Mails und SMS, um auf den Parkplatz und in das Haus zu kommen. Die versprochene Fernbedienung für das Parkplatztor fehlte, ebenso der zentrale Hausschlüssel.
Bei Abreise warteten wir etwa 20 Minuten, bevor das Parkplatztor geöffnet wurde.
Ein Nachttisch/Ablage auf der zweiten Seite des Bettes wäre gut.
Ein kleiner Frühstückstisch fehlte.

Lengvas patekimas į laiptinę ir butą. Neblogas dušo kambarys.
Buto aprašyme niekur nepaminėta, jog suteikiama tik viena antklodė. Susisiekėme dėl antros antklodės, bet gavome atsakymą jog komplekte yra viena antklodė ir viskas. Bandėme ir skambinti, ir dar kartą prašyti, bet likome neišgirsti. Niekur neteko susidurti su tokia situacija, kad patys elementariausi klietų poreikiai būtų nepatenkinami. Apsistojame ne dėl to, kad pasigamintume valgyti, nusipraustume ar pažiūrėtume TV, atvysktame pernakvoti, tam dviem suaugusiems reikalingi du patalynės komplektai. Tad jei važiuosite čia, nepatingėkite įsimesti antros antklodės ir užvalkalų. Tai ką gavome - absurdas, išvirkščia, neužsegta, nes užtrauktukas sulūžęs. Pati lokacija patogi, bet su triukšmu absoliuti loterija, vieną naktį jausmas buvo lyg būtume virš techno klubo nors gyvenome palėpėje. Jei esat balandžių burkavimo gerbėjai, rekomenduojame, koncertas prasideda nuo 7 ryto. Į visa kita jau nebesigilinsime, bet tai buvo labiausiai nuvilianti patirtis apsistojant Kaune.
