Location is on point, Eng.Saad was more than helpful and made sure we are always comfortable.

Sliding doors to outside were very difficult to slide open, couldn't connect to wifi

Size of the room
It was supposed to be a deluxe triple room. There was no third bed, just a broken down sofa. the third person had to go to another room and we did not get a refund.
