Oceana Resort & Conventions - All Inclusive

La comida es bastante buena! Los restaurantes en la noche valen muchísimo la pena !! El equipo de entretenimiento 10/10!Súper talentosos!! La piscina para niños es muy linda y segura para que estén allí!

Las reservas en los restaurantes en la noche son bastante tricky y es mejor ir a reservar temprano para encontrar espacio en un horario decente.

The hotel is modern and rooms are nice. Pools are the highlight, there's many. Food is decent.

Every day during the week is packed with high school kids they bus in. It is loud and dirty the entire day. There's not great lounging area besides the lobby that's always full. Also despite lots of advertising in English, almost no one speaks any, including the front desk. I understand I am in a Spanish speaking country. But if you are trying to attract foreign tourism, there needs to be a front desk staff that can communicate. Beach is too dangerous to swim, which hotel keeps safe, but is too bad. Its also dirty, garbage just floats up from the ocean witch was sad. There's potential here. But if I am paying 400$ a night I expect far more

Room was comfortable and clean.

Extremely crowded. Pools were full of people. The kids area was particularly crowded and very small... way too many kids and adults, this area could really use an expansion. We saw signs offering day passes, perhaps that is the reason for the hotel being so crowded. A la carte restaurants (1 Italian and 1 Asian) are impossible to go to (unless you are willing to spend 1 hour in line to make a reservation).
