Instructions were clear. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom has natural light with a very cool detail of the skylight; we loved it. There were 2 bottles of water in the room which was appreciated since the tap water in the area doesn't taste that good.
The AC is a central AC, so we were not able to manage the temperature. Acoustics were not that good in between the bathrooms, we could hear the conversation of the people in the other house in the morning but once you close the door of the bathroom everything was ok.

close to Costco, H-mart, Great mall and San Jose airport. Good to experience Residence area atmosphere. nice to have washer and dryer and shared kitchen with freezer as well as comfy beds.
each rooms are secured by pin code lock
cooking oil wasn't there for making fried eggs but you can have it boiled instead with pots

Close to where we needed to go, nice and clean, beautiful yard, had what we needed.
There was just a few strands of hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor and crumbs in the drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom does need a good dusting. But that was so minimal. The place is fantastic. It is an exceptional place.
One other thing is the oven knob was missing so we had to microwave our pizza, but it was ok.
