Room had hair on counters not properly cleaned and toilet had issues, the water kept running and also went down very low then it flooded the floor the next day. Taking a shower was horrible because the water barely reached warm it was more cold than anything and the bed was sunk in not comfortable and sheets had stains. Housekeeping entered my room without my permission while I was gone on the second day and I had a week long booking so no one should have entered my room while I was away. The office staff was nice for the most part.

Man this place is aye Great place , I haven't had any problems with this place , so I'll stay at this place ,and keep coming to the Executive inn bcuz it aye Great place to stay !! So thank you to all DAT work there bcuz they know how to treat aye person Guaranteed!!!!!!

Bed sheets had holes. Got a non smoking room with smoke smell. Had trash left in the room. Roach in the fridge.

The first time I stayed there, everything was great -clean, nice room, and customer service was great! This second time not so good.
I had reserved the same type of room but it was definitely not in the same conditions. It wasn’t too bad but definitely not as kept up as it was in my previous stay.
Also, and this is what irritated me, the customer service was not good. First off, when checking in the lady seemed to indirectly accuse me of possibly sneaking in more people than I reserved for and a pet. In the 8 minutes it took me to check in, she asked me about 5 times -“ it’s only 2 people right; no pets.” I confirmed every single time. She did this even as I was walking away and opening the door to leave the room. Secondly, the tv wasn’t working properly in the room and so I went to let this same lady know and she gave me an attitude. I was just going to see what we can do about it. Yet she didn’t even let me finish when she rudely said, “let me get someone to try to fix it before I switch you to a different room.” As soon as she said that I just said ok and walked away. She was so rude about it. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of it all or anything. She didn’t even say anything after she made that statement. She just picked up the phone to make a call. That is when I walked away.

Check in was convenient. I did not like that my room smelled like smoke for the 3 days I stayed there, my room was not clean and there was noise from the people next door to me. I felt unsafe due to the people in the surrounding area. The pics in the website are outdated and do not look anything like the ones advertised. I would not book here again.

The pictures were false advertisements it was the worst and dirtiest hotel motel ive ever seen it was more like a home less shelter,i dont see how they are in business and you have nerve asking for a $50 deposit sooooo gross roaches the health department needs to shut yall down asap.Nassty!

Property is filthy.
Front desk is terrible. Girl gave zero eye contact.
WiFi and tv is slow and goes in and out daily.
Mold in the restroom.
Cockroaches!
Toilet smells like a public restroom.
You get hand soap and a shampoo/conditioner combo.
Along with stains in the toilet. Urine smell.
Random hairs on the bed and restroom.
Stains on the bedding and towels.
Rust on the hangers, lamps and all the metal surfaces
Non smoking smells like smoking rooms.
Smoke/Fire detector not installed. With exposed wires.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It would be shutdown for health and safety violations.

Cigarette holes burned in the bed… Shower retained water and didn’t drain… Toilets would clog… No water anywhere at the hotel… Useless staff… Roach killer in the rooms… Do not stay here…

Everything was okay until the lady misled me, stating that if I continue to extend my stay through an online booking I would have to leave my room for period of 5 hours, from 11: 00 am to 3:00 p.m.... I stayed there for 5 days and could have saved $100 and I continue to extend my stay online versus paying in person... Bottom line the rates are reasonable, the place is nice and tidy and there isn't much riff Raff...

It’s good if you’re just staying for the night but it’s nothing spectacular. The restroom had mold in the bathtub. The blanket had a whole on the bottom and when we first checked into the room, I killed three spiders. Not the best area surrounding the hotel. The AC kept the room cold and the giant mirror next to the sink gave some good lighting for pictures so those were the positives.

The exterior of the hotel is dirty, the parking lot is dirty, there are cars parked in the lot that clearly haven't been moved in months, maybe even years. There was a really big family who is pretty obviously living at the hotel, and sharing two rooms. There was around 8 of them just congregating outside their rooms all day. The sheets were clean but had stains and were torn in several places. The rooms were neat and seemed clean, but there were several water leak stains in the bathroom, and the front desk staff asked us to put towels on the floor around the bathtub "to keep splashed water from leaking through the floor into the room below". The area around the hotel was dirty, it looked like several local businesses had gone out of business. Considering the rental rate was only about $11 cheaper than several other hotels, I'd recommend skipping this one, for sure.

I understand that this is a "no frills" establishment", but this place was pretty sketch. From the undisclosed mandatory damage damage deposit of $50 which would not be refunded for 4 or 5 business days to the conditions. Take a look at the photos attached. Never seen anything quite so bad and scary. First photo is dripping ceiling blob over shower. Second is random item stuck to sink. Third is broken coffee pot.

It was just okay. I like that there are a few restaurants across the street, along with a convenience store within walking distance. I am thankful my air conditioner worked the whole time I was there. However, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing. My floor was pretty dirty, the ironing board was broken, and there was a cockroach in my room too.

We pulled up to a unstable u safe environment. It blew my mind. I thought I pulled up to the wrong hotel. We were there 58 minutes to clean up while trying to get a refund, I had an event at civic center to attend. I was very very soft and kind speaking to hotel lady and she was verbally aggressive and hotel almost. I was in complete disbelief. There were a few people around us watching the whole conversation. I was in and still am in disbelief. Never have we got a hotel from hotels.com like this. Maybe never going through this site again. I plugged in hair dryer and got electrocuted on my left pointer finger and my thumb is still feeling numb a bit. I am in disbelief. The smell was not the best but wouldn’t have caused us to ask for refund. Which she aggressively told me no! We witnessed a few other things happening there that I will not put in words.

We booked a two night stay and it was as bad as it gets. The person checking us in was definitely not nice and charged us a $50 fee which was not stated upon booking the room. Supposedly the fee is charged if we leave the room dirty which I better get back considering the room was already dirty.
Upon entering the room you first see the broken tv receiver, cigarette hole filled comforter, musty smell, dirty bathroom, mold in the bathroom primarily around the tub and dirty stained walls. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were awful for which we asked to be replaced and they never were. I booked the room for 4 people and only had 2 towels and when we asked for more they said that all towels had been allocated. The next day we asked for 4 towels which we received but they required for us to give them the 2 we did get. The worst part was at 2am on the second night when we were a omen by 3 people having a loud conversation outside the door for about an hour to which no one did anything about. So to sum it up do not stay here

This property is okay. The rooms are a little dingy and the bathrooms are rundown. Room 213 AC unit is not working properly, the shower ceiling is almost falling, mold throughout the bathroom

The room smelled like mold and musty the lamps r filthy. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall behind tv. A roach catcher behind the toilet .mold on the light fixture on the ceiling. Styrofoam cups, straw were not wrapped. The coffee machine looked fiilthy. This room needs to b shut down
