Room was in a house surrounded by green nature, quiet location, bed was so comfortable, lovely little breakfast provided (bread, croissants, orange juice and coffee machine available to make coffees). Kitchen available to heat food / sink. Free parking. Air con in room was life saver as it was 37 degrees outside. Lady hosting was very friendly too.

The location was quite in and amongst farms. The rooms seemed newly renovated. Excellent, whisper quiet aircon. Loved the fresh croissant at breakfast
Upon arrival, guest parking was full so they asked me to park in their yard. First impressions were not good as one could see the place was in the process of renovation, and this made me wonder about the room. Worst, is that I'm a dog lover, and to see a beautiful Staffie in the back yard tied to a short chain with a small iron (must be so hot in summer, cold in winter) shed for shelter. I could hear the dog barking at night, dogs get scared alone in the dark, they are social, pack animals. I couldn't possibly see any reason for a threat to the property and need for a guard dog. Thus, this totally put me off the property and the owners. Then, people should beware, the rooms are on 2 levels, I was the upper level, up the narrowest, steepest steps ever, more like a ladder. Going up and down with luggage was near impossible and dangerous. The stairs also didnt have a guard rail. My room was in the pitched roof, and one had to be careful to not bump their head.
