Truly speaking my stay was wonderful...There was no issue in comfort, facilities or any other thing...Most importantly couple friendly environment!!

Location is very closed to Expo India Mart , water pressure is good. Room service and house keeping are also nice.
Poor bed. In term of airport transfer I was charged at 500 rupee for huge luggage while my luggage's weight is the regular weight which was not make any senses ,parking fee also i paid for it. My flight landed at 16:05 hrs - i got the message as driver will wait for me at 15:00 hrs which made me quite worry and point them what time they should be ready to pick me up. They keep calling me upon airport pick up - they should know that guest must was in the immegration process. Billing process at front desk was very slow. We need to remind them everything that we asked for. Junior Suite with balcony which no any balcony provided. You might question me "why dont you ask them to change the room once you were there"? we thought we were fine since the last night stay I was asking for the extra charge that made me change my mind to give them some comments and need thier improve.

The location is good and it is very close to the exhibition center. They allowed us to check out an hour late without charging any extra fee.
There are no full-fledged restaurant or dining facilities here. The quality and taste of the food do not justify the price. When placing an order at the reception or canteen, the staff often fail to listen properly. The canteen frequently serves something other than what you requested, and even after informing the reception multiple times, they fail to deliver the desired things.
