Ok, but could have been better without tv problems.

Close to things and quiet.

Tv were not working. Local staff put batteries in and also reset him on sets. Tv is little outdated.

Floors were dirty Sliding glass door handle was broken and part of the wall was coming off, it sleeps 6 but only one mirror no blow dryer

Overall we had a good stay and would return.

Good location. Convenient to most things that we were interested in. Convenient to beach.

Cleaning. Refrigerator had a fish smell, like the liquid from fish had spilled and not cleaned. There was a used disposable razor that was on top of the shower that was there when we arrived. Only 1 elevator was in working order.

Excellent!

The location was perfect! Being on the beach at this price was a real winner! Beach view from the living room and master BR was beautiful. Some fixtures were older but VERY clean.

Lavatory in main bathroom was a bit sluggish.

Dirty Floor, Front door damaged, no look for balcony (broken) hole in sleeper couch cover, kitchen counter top unaccetable. 4 TV remote controlls, some without batteries and no instructions on how to use the TV. I have many more discrepancies but no place to type them.

I enjoyed my vacation, but I’m not sure I’ll stay at 903 again.

The boardwalk was nice. Utility carts helped unload our car. Security kept the homeless out.

The sliding glass door to 903 was extremely hard to open and close. Very hard! The towels are thin and coarse. It hurt my face to wash it. They need replacing. The broom and dustpan didn’t help keep the sand cleaned up. They need to be better. It was minimally stocked, but I brought TP, trash bags, PT, and spices. I’ve never been in a place with so few “extras”. I’m glad I was prepared.

605 was filthy, disappointing and way over priced.

Dirty, needs remodeled and touched up, bed had stains, door knobs were falling off, doors were molded and bolt lock on front door was extremely insecure. The balcony railing was wobbly, outlets were exposed, hair on bathroom walls. Just dirty. Definitely not worth 1800k! I wouldn’t have paid 500.

My trip was cancelled by the rental company prior to the day of my trip.I was informed that rodents was in my request room and that couldn't be rectified prior to my arrival.

great location and pool was not over crowded. nice, clean room that had everything we needed.

no sidewalks in the area or crosswalks to get across the street to the restaurants and ice cream.

Great, family trip! Will be back!

Convenient, property was kept very clean and security was awesome. Amenities were great! Being on the first floor was very convenient with kids!

Decor was very outdated and lots of big ornamental plants and accessories that were inconvenient for guests. Mattresses need to be updated. Other than that no complaints! The unit was great! A Keurig would have been nice but I am just being picky!

we always enjoy tidewater and although there is issues with 605 , the bed was comfortable and appreciate there being ple

location and view we typically stay in unit 105. this trip was planned last minute so 605 was closest availability.

awful strong smell of mold/ mildew. repairs need attention- outlet behind entertainment area uncovered, wood around deadbolt is busted, bathroom vent is hanging out of the ceiling. kitchen light fixture /ceiling dusty

it was a perfect getaway from our normal busy lives, second time staying here and it’s wonderful

the location is perfect, right on the beach and had all the appliances we needed

the overhead light in the living area is broken, the actual electric wires are either loose or need replaced

very poor quality room. needs upgrade in furniture, tv, drapes, blinds

many things... tvs were tiny and outdated and remotes were dead and one tv couldn't get channels, carpet in living room dingy and falling apart. many curtains were faded and browning out. no parking pass was left... security threatened to tow. couch looked like 70s and worn out. building fitness equipment more than half broke rest rusted out. pool unheated.

access code didn’t work upon arrival was a pain. no parking pass in the unit also a pain TVs and Living room furniture needs updated/ upgraded.

Enjoyed the area and the outside temps.

View was excellent. Easy access to location and room.

Living room furnishings were worn out. Reclining chair and sofa should be replaced. Bathroom tub drain was mostly plugged.

For the price stay somewhere else.

The view was amazing.

The refrigerator. There were oddly shaped holes melted in the sofa arm What appeared to be blood stains on the underside of the bed comforter.

The view was amazing.

This was my honeymoon and was hoping for amazing memories. I just wished that you guys paid more attention to details. Cleanliness is a priority to me and this place wasn’t clean. The glass lamp on the end table was cracked. The handle on the sliding glass doors was broken off and the front door deadbolt was not operational. Safety must be a priority as well and it wasn’t secure. I took lots of pictures on arrival so we wouldn’t be charged for other guests mishaps. We were paying for a clean and secure place to stay and we didn’t get that.
