Would ever stay at this condo again

The entire condo was filthy. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. The Carpet in the bedrooms felt sticky it was so dirty. The furniture in the living room was old, cheap and filthy. And very uncomfortable. We had to lay our beach towels over the couch and chairs before we sat down on them. The patio furniture was cheap and filthy. The bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable and pillows were thin. The master bathtub had several long hairs in it and didn’t appear to have been cleaned. These were the major issues we had with this condo. There was lots of minor issues. Including very little silverware. 3 forks total . The dishwasher was full of dishes when we got to the condo. There was no cookie sheet. We had one towel a piece for 8 days. When we asked for more we were told “don’t you have a washer?” There were roaches in the living room and kitchen. Would never stay at this condo again. I have never left a bad review but I feel this one is completely necessary.

Fall break getaway

Location, quiet, smaller building, walking distance to several businesses. Nice pools, hot tub. Parking. Would stay again.

Couch didn't fold out. Seems to be broken or stuck. Need more towels for kitchen gave 1. Need drainer and pot holders for kitchen. Need more bath towels enough for each person 1 xtra provided. Dryer wouldn't dry on timed settings had to use more dry. Check out says to turn off thermostat- no off button found.

Horrible, lack of following up, lack of maintenance ridiculous cleaning fee when they don’t even clean the floor..

The ocean front

Elevator not working. Lack of instruction as to what to do when first arrived. Once there our 1 bathroom toilet back up and we called them and said they would get on it, that was at 1pm. I called at 4:30pm and was told an hour to an hour in a half they would be there. In the meantime we had to go out to use the bathroom at Walmart, gas stations etc.. finally, the next day at 3 pm the plumber finally showed up. So it took them 12 hours to finally come…. Horrible and contacted them for some kind of refund for not having a toilet and the trouble having to go to find a public restroom, they laughed and said no!!!! Ridiculous!!! DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!

Lots of things missing but later supplied

Location is excellent. Walkway and amenities were excellent. Decor was lovely. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer detergent and dish washer detergent and dish washing liquid were supplied. Beachfront balconey was great. Pool was nice large size and grounds were kept clean and neat.

Our unit had several end-of-season issues but Vacasa brought what we asked for: more silverware (we had 3 spoons, 3 forks and one knife), spatula (unit initially had none), clothes hangers (unit had none), cookie sheets (unit had none), stove light bulbs (all of which were burned out), clean AC filter (was as dirty as they get); they also unclogged the tub drain. They did this cheerfully, but I don't think we should have had to ask for those. I think they should have been inspecting all along. Two of the four stove burners did not work.

Enjoyed beach & pool, sad hot tub didn’t work

Perfect for a couple, the sofa wasn’t comfortable for sitting so would hate to see someone try & sleep on it.The kitchen had 1 dish towel, no pan to boil shrimp in or a cookie sheet! Ceiling fans are nasty. Front right burner on stove doesn’t work. As far as Tidewater as a whole it was good for us and would consider a return trip. The hot tub was not operational, nor was one elevator out of order!

We had a wonderful time at tidewater and would absolutely stay there again.

The property was outside of the main hustle and bustle but close enough to get to anything within a few short minutes.

The door to the washer and dryer was broken.

Heaven on Earth...

The Condo was very clean and felt like home. The view was amazing from the balcony. The location is central, so you don't have to drive far to access eateries or shopping.

I loved everything!

Disappointing

On the beach and secure.

Outdated from furniture to appliances. Maintenance not up to par. The stove not working properly, light out on balcony, sink handle broke in one of the bathrooms.

Girls trip with my lifelong best friend. Spent 90% of our time on the beach as it was my first time.

Decor, cleanliness, view.

I killed a cockroach in the living area and there was a dead lizard in one of the closets. The building only had one elevator working and it was very slow. Also didn’t care for the bunk beds in the hallway. I understand the reason, it’s just the aesthetic aspect.

Disappointing

the sliding door in the living area was very hard to open and shut and the bathroom next to the kitchen the toilet ran constantly so I shut the water off at the valve because we did not use it as it was my wife and I so not a problem for us

Location of the property was perfect! Condo was adorable but property management has some work to do on cleaning and upkeep. Floors were full of sand, kitchen sink leaks (plastic bowl was previously placed to catch leaking water), elevator was broken one day for hours, parking passes not left in condo which resulted in a notice of our car would be towed

We were very disappointed and won't stay here again. It was very dirty!

The view was wonderful and proximity to the beach was good.

There was a coffee pot but no complementary coffee or filters. No hair dryer in the bathroom. The TV was a smart TV and there were no instructions, so we were limited to viewing. There was no guest information book at all in the condo.

great view!

microwave didn’t work. I called and they said someone would come fix it and no one showed up to do so. We also had to kill a cockroach the last night we were there.

😂🤣 no breakfast was included

Microwave didn’t work…the kids mattress killed my oldest back. Toothpaste was on the knobs it the bathroom. The exhaust fans hasn’t been cleaned in months

Never use booking.com for anything if you want to know what the place you are staying in looks like

Nothing and I will never use booking.com again

I was lied to and even after I provided screenshots of my email showing I never received a link to view the exact condo nor number after I booked nothing was done to make the situation right.

Condo 404 smelled horrible & had roaches everywhere. provided pics to Vacasa. Had to deal with the office for over 3 hours to be relocated to Condo 601 then that condo was not cleaned and had roaches and spiders!!
