Everything! Definitely going back!
One of my sinks still had hair and dried soap in it. The floor didn't appear to be completely swept as there was a pop off fingernail beside one of our beds.

Location was good
Very noisy. Hard to get in and out of elevators due to housekeeping staff. Asked to stay an extra night and was charged not only for extra night but also charged again for prior 2 nights causing an overdraft on my bank account. Hold was on account and had to cancel extra night stay and go home because no funds left to do vacation activities when charged double by front desk staff. Front desk staff did not offer to help in any way. Said charges would fall off after midnight but they did not ! Was told they had new computers and basically nothing they could do to rectify situation. Terrible business.
