The location was perfect and the beach view was fabulous! We had a large space and it was wonderful for our needs. We traveled with our little puppy and he loved the Sandy beach. The pool and hot tubs were great and the outdoor space was well maintained. It was a really nice trip.

We had to wait an hour later than checkin time to get in our room. We had our dog with us so we couldn’t do anything but sit in the car and wait. The staff were rude and the room and halls smelled like cigarette smoke. The water pressure is terrible in the showers. I would not stay here again. We only stayed one night and had just a few hours to enjoy the beach. By the time we were able to get to the beach, it was too cold to enjoy.

I reserved a pricey beach view room for one night to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. We arrived shortly before check-in, and was told the room wasn’t ready because they were waiting on linens to make the bed. This was around 3:40 PM, and check-in time was 4:00 PM. We decided to wait. Each time I asked they said it would be about 15 more minutes. So we decided to wait. The room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. When we finally got in the room it was not beach front, but poolside. You can see the ocean a little, but there is a large sand dune blocking the view of the actual beach. It was very loud, and when we went out on our balcony, or even went near the patio door the people at the pool stared at us. We ended up keeping the curtain closed so we had some privacy. Additionally, the toilet is broken and I had to remove the lid on the tank to fix the flapper every time we flushed the toilet. We didn’t get to enjoy the space at all due to the late check-in. I had the staff been honest with me about when the room would be ready we would have left to get dinner instead of waiting patiently. Instead we ate dinner in the evening and barely got enjoy the hotel at all. The hotel did offer us free parking, and free breakfast for our inconvenience, but that doesn’t even begin to cover it.

We arrived to find the room unlocked and the door open. We had a set of bunk beds, each bed had a blanket, both blankets were disgusting. They were sticky to the point I had to wash my hands after moving them. The floor lamp had to be unplugged to turn it off. The bedside reading lamp was hanging off the wall. The message light on the phone flashed continuously. The desk lamp was wobbly and VERY old. The only tea pods in the room were green tea. The to-go cups and lids were not the same size, so no lid! There is no bathroom in the lobby, I had to go out to the pool. After a 2-hour drive that was a bit further than I was ready for. I texted we needed 2 blankets, they texted back they'd send up new sheets. Restated I needed blankets. I received a bag of towels...3rd text produced the blankets. The breakfast buffet was overpriced based on available items.

Although the hotel could use some updates for sure! Our toilet wobbled and would sound like it was going to break, it did not! The bed was comfortable but creaky! View was nice. The only thing I really didn’t like was after I got back home I had a charge pending on my credit card for $58. So I called the hotel to find out what this charge was for. They said parking! I was never once told that there would be a fee for parking, not when I booked nor when I checked in or out. Would not stay here again. Btw the hotel is pet friendly but the beach is not.. no pets on the beach. And the only place for them to potty is a tiny grassy section between two hotels. It worked but I think if I ever came back it would be back to renting a house!

Although we had a nice view, this was not the most comfortable stay. We were met with dirty bedding and a clogged toilet. We will not stay at this location again.

The stay was very pleasant. Along with the beach view room we had. This hotel is very pet friendly as well. We was traveling with our dog and would definitely recommend this hotel and myself and my wife will definitely be staying here again on future trips

This hotel is well used and worn. The soap dispenser in the shower was missing. Discovered this after I was already in the shower. I had to use shampoo to bathe. The towels were coarse not soft. They need replacing. The duvet kept coming off the comforter. The curtains were coming off the hooks. This room was not to quality I’ve experienced in the past at this hotel. Especially for the price. Also the breakfast buffet is not worth $18 and the hostesses expect a tip. I’ve been staying here for 10 years. Time to move on.

We had to wait all day and only after three calls for room service and they finally came way over in the evening after 5pm. The person that checked us out promised to email our receipt and we haven’t got it yet as of 928 am the next day.

It was absolutely beautiful and amazing! The customer service was outstanding. I'll give it a 9 out of 10. The only thing I would suggest are much better pillows. Ours were pretty rough.

Very nice hotel and location. Wonderful view of the gulf. Very clean room and quiet. Two draw backs. The toilet ran periodically through the night and we saw two young cockroaches. Not an infestation but the housekeeping/maintenance needs to step up a bit.

We booked for two adults and one child. The room did not have a sleeping option for the child. We had to change to two doubles, opposed to a king and a pullout as we expected. Disappointed.

Found 2 bed bugs on our pillow and headboard. Took one and put in coffee cup then took picture of the other. Called front desk and sent up staff and confirmed they werr bed bugs. Checked out immediately and demanded refund. They said the manager woukd call.us in the morning but never did. Hotels.com was very helpful in getting us a full refund.

Had a quick over night stay and everything went perfectly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, i fell asleep as soon as I laid down to go to sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. My boyfriend and I will definitely be staying here again.

First let me say the staff was excellent, but the overall condition of this property was not up to par with other Hilton Garden Inn’s where we have stayed. There were water bugs in the room, the sheets were threadbare, the blind going to the balcony had holes in it and the mattress was not the typical HGI one. While we enjoyed our stay, the property needs renovating.
