I was very satisfied with Spring Hill Suites. The staff was very helpful, especially Jesse. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I left a charge cord for my electrical scooter and the staff handled getting it back to me expeditiously. I was very impressed with everyone there and the facility as well.

Upon arriving, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby due to a system failure, even though I had already been sent a text stating our room was ready. Finally get up to the room and the floors were filthy and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Day 2 after housekeeping had serviced our room and still not even swept much less mopped, I went to front desk to request the floor be cleaned and the clerk acted as if I were requesting one of his kidneys. After arguing with me for a few minutes he finally put in the service request. We returned later in day to find same nasty floor. It remained dirty for the 6 days we were there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially since by the time we walked from the bathroom to bed our feet were black from the sand/dirt on the floor. The bathroom door lock was broken. I reported that the first day. It was never addressed. The pool was very nice, but the hot tub was also filthy with hair, leaves, etc. There were two ladies at the front desk that were quite pleasant, and two employees working breakfast that were hospitable. They did serve a nice breakfast every morning and the location to The Wharf was stellar. The lobby, elevators and hallways all seemed clean.

The hotel itself was beautiful, spacious and clean! Service was superb. The only comment I would have is that I wish they would have had coffee in the lobby throughout the entire morning. They put the coffee away when breakfast ended and didn’t bring it out until the breakfast began. I left on a Sunday morning at 6:30 AM and was hoping to grab a cup for the road but since breakfast didn’t start until seven there was no coffee available. There was a coffee maker in the room and I could’ve made it if I really needed to, so it’s not that big of a deal, but it was enough to be noticeable.

My daughter and I took a girls trip to the beach for a long weekend. This property was beautiful! Within walking distance to some lovely shops and many wonderful eateries. The bar and grill at the property itself is a total understatement. It may be labeled bar and grill, but it is fine dining at it's best!! You will NOT be disappointed!! I can't wait for next years trip!! We WILL be going back!!

Like we’re there was a restaurant right next to it had good food and can walk to the stores and other restaurants. But needed better breakfast selections. And told the people at the Desk that the room the sink was slow draining in the restroom area. And also did not like the a/c was on a Motion sensor so if you was gone out of the room it will turn off and don’t move a lot sleeping you burn up. Or you have to turn the temp low to compensate for it.

Overall experience was good. Location was great and convenient, close drive to the beach and we had a beautiful view of the wharf. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful with our questions with the exception of one who cared less about our concerns. Bed was very firm and pillows really needed to be replaced. Our microwave didn’t work. Cleaning staff never serviced our room during our stay even when we didn’t have the tag on the door. I guess we should have requested it. We would stay again hopefully next visit will be better than the first.

The hotel is near the Wharf in a beautiful area with lots of options for dining from tacos, pizza and wings to high end dining. Several live music bar and grills, stores and to top it off the ferris wheel to enjoy the view. Our room was clean, very roomy and had a nice view, just no balcony. The bed needs to either have a memory foam or a new mattress because it was hard and a little uncomfortable. For the 3 nights we were there it was ok. Overall from location, to staff friendliness and cleanliness it was a wonderful time and great place to stay.

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The hotel it amazing. Appreciated the free breakfast. I do think $819 a night bc a concert is ridiculous but can’t drink and drive so here we are lol. I also wish the pool had a tiki bar with drinks and snacks. The restaurant is not convenient for the pool but overall we will stay here again. The staff here is wonderful!!

The hotel staff was not friendly at all after the initial checkin. Hotel outside of our room was filthy. Sofabed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Clock on nighttable was wrong and caused us to miss breakfast. Def not worth 350.
