This is a big, modern, holiday complex, bungalows and rooms, with a wide view over rural bulgarien landscape. It comes with all amenities, indoor and outdoor (infinity) pool, spa, restaurant.
We had a modern, rather small, double with balcony looking out over the valley.
The menu is average, the staff very friendly and helpfull.
Our room was next to the reception and close to the restaurant, what could be heard.
They started vacuuming in front of our door at 8:00 in the morning.
The breakfast was bland and of rather low quality.
For getting in and out by car you need to dial a long number and wait, wihout response, for the gate to open. Why can this not be done by code to scan or sign detection?

Тихое и комфортное место, ухоженная зелёная территория, отсутствие городского шума, наличие бассейна и спа, ресторан для питания (завтрак, обед и ужин), наличие зарядной станции для электромобиля, бесплатные парковочные места на закрытой территории.

Tout était parfait. Le p'tit déjeuner est copieux. Les prix du restaurant sont honnêtes. Les piscines sont superbes. L appartement est très grand et très fonctionnel. Même une salle de sport.
Malgré leur gentillesse les dames de l'acceuil ne parlent pas anglais. C'est compliqué pour la communication.

The hotel is quite nice, the outside view is pretty. Rooms are clean, parking is large, both pools (outdoor and indoor) are large, clean and filled with warm water.
The appetizers in the restaurant were quite exceptional - both the squid and the French fries were delicious.
The restaurant could definitely use some more attention. Some of the meals were quite fatty (like the pork ribs and the pork steak). Breakfasts didn't have any juice or black tea options, only coffee. And the mojitos from the pool bar weren't really good.
Furthermore, the restaurant was heavily understaffed on the busy Saturday evening with only two waitresses serving about 30 tables. Given that the weekend is obviously going to be more busy than the rest of the week, the hotel should really take notice and hire some additional help for these two evenings.
Lastly, the indoor pool could use some tables to put between the deckchairs. There were only a few tables on the property and they were all around the outdoor pool, not a single one around the indoor one.
