Wonderful big balcony with beautiful view of lake Como. Free parking much appreciated. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. It's a quiet full service appartement if you'd like to live like a local.
The location was a 45 minute walk to Varenna town with steep ascents. The main road was flat but often lacked a shoulder to walk on. We walked the Greenway of the Patriarch trail which was safer and more interesting that the tourist office suggested. We did not use our car because both free and paid parking in Varenna is difficult to find unless it's very early. An uber was 25 euros one way. So we would leave in am and only return to our apartment after supper. Got lots of steps in.

Yury kept in contact prior to arriving and was helpful when we arrived in the rain. The apartment is very comfortable with an amazing view. The facilities are very good. The garage parking is good to have and can be managed fine with time and care when maneuvering. This is a nice base for Lake Como.

View is amazing house was really nice and clean.
Just a suggestion needs aircon electric fan doesnt help but I think during winter it is cold its just we are there for summer season and we couldnt sleep with the heat. With parking just an advice rent a small car its hard to park our car wont fit at the parking and we have to look for street parking
