Tiene algo de vistas, la casa es muy grande y la cama es confortable. Funciona bien la ducha y está limpio. Cocina amplia y funcional, hubiera agradecido algunos elementos esenciales para cocinar. Se ofrece servicio de cocinera para servir el desayuno (yo no hice uso).
Hay una máquina de aire acondicionado instalada muy cerca del dormitorio principal (del algún vecino) y parece que duermes dentro de un helicóptero, demasiado ruido de día y de noche en toda la casa. En el barrio hay muchos perros callejeros y también en muchas casas, y de noche suelen insultarse y ladrar durante horas, nadie hace nada y es muy molesto, puedes pasar una hora en mitad de la noche sin dormir. No hay ascensor (una segunda planta muy alta).

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, in a good location (about 10 minutes from the Laginha Beach). It's quiet and has all the amenities (and more!).
Alais will be waiting for you with the keys and will come every morning to cook breakfast, we felt very pampered.
The water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak.

Enorme terraza cubierta con vistas a la playa de Mindelo y al toda la ciudad. Piso muy amplio. Alais, la chica que nos recibió y nos preparó el desayuno todos los días fue encantadora. Zona muy segura para volver por la noche.
Por poner una pega, el aire acondicionado de una habitación da directo a la cama.
