O Barato sai caro .

Bom a área de lazer e ótima, bem completa não tenho do que reclamar, já e a segunda vez que vou com minha família.

O que eu não gostei foi do flat , a limpeza acredito que só foi passada uma vazoura apenas valerão só mente , tinha muitas moscas e sem falar no ar condicionado prescisa ser trocado estava com vazamento de água, o colchão muito ruim fiquei com dores no corpo todas as manhãs ao acordar, sinceramente não gostei desse flat , já fui outras vezes e ficamos em outro flat que foi muito bom.

A aéreas do espaço é muito bacana a piscina maravilhosa.

Da limpeza do flat, a falta de manutenção de equipamentos tipo: ventilador, televisão, espuma da espreguiçadeira falta de um ar condicionado na sala.

Localização que é logo a margem da rodovia

A unidade esta precisando urgente de reparos. Nao tem ar-condicionado na sala, so no quarto, a agua escorre oela parede e parte dela vai para o interruptor podendo causar um curto. Liquidificador estava muito sujo, assim como as panelas. Achei a limpeza outro ponto comprometedor. Nao tinha guarda sol nem almofadas para a parte do garden. O portão de acesso do terraço esta acabado com pregos que comprometem a segurança a mostra. Travesseiros sem condições de uso. Colchão e muito duro e revestido de plástico que faz barulho. Cafe da manhã é disponibilizado no restaurante, foi 30.00 por pessoa, mas nao vale. Ralo afundado do banheiro, perigo de torcer o pe. A unidade nao tem recipiente plasrico para levar petiscos para area da piscina, so de vidro, e o condomínio nao aceita vidro na area da piscina, mas no regulamento fixado no apartamento so fala em copo de vidro na piscina. Fomos chamados a atenção, mas nao tinhamos a disposição recipiente apropriado fornecido pela unidade. Foi ruim.

A LOCALIZAÇÃO, APESAR DE TER QUE SÓ CONSEGUIR IR NA PRIA COM CARRO

ACHO QUE HOUVE UM MAL ENTENDIDO PQ PENSEI QUE AO ALUGAR O FLAT TINHAM 2 QUARTOS. GRAÇAS A DEUS O CASAL E UMA CRIANÇA QUE IRAM CONOSCO DESISTIRAM.
