Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Although our apartment might need an update soon, it has everything we need and everything works fine.

Shuttles between the hotel and chairlift only operate between 8-10am and 4-6pm, which is fine for people that spend a whole day skiing. I travelled with small children and needed to go back to the accommodation during the day for a break. It was hard work carrying all their skis and walking back up the hill🫠

Vicinity to ski slop and walking trails. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Price - too expensive. There was a leak near the balcony door. Obviously had been there a while as there was a stain on the carpet. Kitchen was tiny. The windows let in a draft and the inadequate blinds rattled when the wind blew. One of the beds was in the main thoroughfare (so I would not consider this a bedroom). No cupboard in the bedroom upstairs. Upstairs bathroom was tiny.
