Prefect location with stunning views.

You couldn't ask for a better view. It really was a treat to wake up to. The apartment was perfect for us (family of 4) and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfy, and the welcome bottle of wine and other little essentials was a nice touch. Having a parking spot is definitely a bonus, although a little testing to get into with a larger car. The location was perfect, close enough to the main town (20min walk) with its selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants, but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. The Old Sail Loft Restaurant was our favorite spot for a drink whilst the kids enjoyed crabbing. Plenty of public transport nearby and having the train station was perfect for a trip to St. Ives. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and we will certainly return if we visit Looe again.

Apart from the blind being broken and a loose handle in the twin room (very minor). I can't fault this apartment. Yes, there are some steep steps down to the entrance from the parking area but this is mentioned by the host, there is easier access from the front of the apartment though. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a black-out blind in the twin room. The lights in the steps at the rear of the property are quite bright and the current blinds don't block it out that much.

Great weeks stay

The location and views accommodation had everything we needed for a lovely week. The two balconies are great.

Just needs a couple of things fixing that were broken, the blinds and door handle in the twin bedroom. Otherwise great 👍

The best views over Looe beach and sea

Exceptional views from living room and from main bedroom!! The doors opened up completely! we were on a cliff so had view of beach and sea. Two en-suites was great as we had friends joining us. Great kitchen with everything we needed. we could also walk into Looe, but could be challenging for anyone with walking difficulties,

we did not like the tight parking space behind/above the apartment . it took a few 3 point turns to get in and out of the space. only one space so friends parked up the main road where there were some free spaces. They did manage to find a space most evenings. Other than the parking it was great

The owners of the apartment left wine for us to welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. The owners took care of a folder with information about local restaurants and shops and places to visit.

A superb apartment in a fantastic location

Amazing location, the views were beyond expectations. The apartment itself was very well equipped, everything was thought of to be provided. Only a very short wak into Looe so location was perfect. Loads of wardrobe space for hanging clothes and the rooms were very well proportioned. The main bedroom was spacious, and the large double bed was very comfortable Couldn't of been happier with our choice of accommodation

Roosting sea gulls made the outside bedroom balcony totally unusable- the property need to ensure that this issue is addressed after nesting season. Be aware of the very steep steps down from car park. Parking space is very tight so larger vehicles may well struggle, especially if both neighbouring spaces are occupied

Very nice and comfortable with stunning views.

The view and location are beautiful. Had all the facilities we needed.

The balconies were filthy and need some more attention. The television is also very dated and it would have been nice to have been able to watch a good film on a good screen one of the evenings.

has everything you will need including if it’s a rainy day, beautiful views and super clean.

Lovely place and would definitely stay again

The views were fantastic, we had everything we needed in the apartment and Max was extremely kind and helpful. The location was great for walking into Looe.

The parking was a bit tight and the steps up to the car were a bit of a mission but nothing can be done about that.

The accommodation was fantastic well equipped and beautiful sea views amazing and a perfect location to explore Looe two lovely balconies to sit outside and watch the sea. I would recommend the accommodation to anyone

The parking space was a bit tight but we have a van so we just parked down the hill.

lovely apartment in a beautiful location, and as the title suggests amazing views!

Great location, 15 - 20 min walk to town or two min car journey. Amazing views and impressed with apartment with an on-suite and a large bathroom with huge bath. Your own parking bay as well which was very useful!

Great place especially if you like stairs

Fantastic views. Walking distance to both Hannafore and East Looe beaches and a comfortable flat with high standard modern decor. The welcome pack was very thoughtful. Wine and chocolate biscuits are great but a loaf of bread, butter, milk and teabags are even better.

The steps. There were 58 (I counted!) steep steps from the car space down to the door. This is mitigated by the ramp down to the main road but there's no step free access.

Wonderful Stay and wish to go again in the future.

Stunning location with the Sea view in both Living room and one of the bed room. The stayed in the property with my mother who is ages 63 and with my kid who is 3 years old. They both were extremely satisfied with the stay. Most of the needed toys for my son especially the train set were already in the property. Parking is in the rear of the property. Highly recommend others to give it a try to stay in this property.

I liked the stay completely. The parking will be on the rear of the hotel where you need to use the steps to climp up/down and reach the property. For elderly people accessing the steps will be difficult from the rear parking, Instead they can get down in the front and access to the property easily.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

Excellent view, great location for exploring Looe, good facilities, nice welcome pack, good size bedrooms and beds, lovely large towels. The weather was exceptional and a bonus for our October visit.

Lounge area a little cramped if more than 2 adults staying. Location not good for anyone with mobility issues but luckily this didn’t affect us. Tight parking space wish we’d had a smaller car! Overall a lovely place to stay

I think it is in a very nice place and very good standard of accomodation

Its in a very good position with great veiws . It was very well equiped and everything worked well. There was nothing we were short of. Very clean and comfortable .

Its not a cmplaint but the parking space provided is very difficult to get in and out of with a large car . Small or medium would be OK but not a RangeRover . Only did it once . 10 mins to get in and 15 to get it out with person guiding me .Nearly gave up . Possible it should be stated in advance so people know . We could have brought a smaller car . Managed to find spaces on front and back road for the rest of the week

Great location, amazing sea views.

Lovely welcome pack, wine, bread, milk, butter etc. Kitchen was very well equipped with first aid box, foil, condiments, ovenware, picnic box etc etc. Bed was really comfy.

Sofas were a little tired. Tv Ariel signal was intermittent when raining.

Great place to relax away from the crowds

The welcome pack was a really nice touch. This is set at a great location with excellent views. Another added feature is the entrance is coded so need need to take/lose keys

Lovely flat with outstanding view

Everything else... Great view, well-equipped and comfortable. Very clean.

No instructions for heating or oven. Steps really are a bit dangerous. Drop your luggage on the lower road. Quite hard to enter code on the flat door. Chair in bedroom would be good

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment!

Full access details given before arrival and very easy to use. Fab location to come and go with lots around and beautiful views. I would HAPPILY book again! Lovely little welcome basket with all the utensils and appliances you could need.

The steps up to the car park! (Completely unavoidable I know). The lights on the steps at the rear of the property weren't working so it was dark and a little slippery due to the weather.
