Very dirty and mold everywhere

It had a nice view from te water. The coffeebar next to it was a nice place to sit.

It was just a very dirty and moldy hotel. There was mold everywhere. Our room had a fan above the bed and there was mold and dust falling from it on the bed. When we asked for a different room the sister didn’t seem to happy with our request. We got another room which was also just quite dirty but better than before. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work here and the bathroom had another few black spots from the mold. We wanted to make a cup of tea but the glasses were also disgusting. We travel for 3 months now and didn’t have a bad experience like this one.

Big rooms, quiet location connecting to a really nice coffee shop overlooking the river.

There is no pedestrian or bicycle access across the bridge to get to the old quarter so you have to catch a grab every time- it was approx 15k dong. We also found quite a lack of Resturants around the hotel so it wasn’t really super easy to find food.

Las instalaciones del bar café con vistas al río. Ubicación tranquila.

Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias y no era como en las fotos. En el apartado de servicios del hotel pone que tienen spa pero no tienen. El personal no es malo pero te atienden lo mínimo.

Bạn nhân viên nghe lời sếp, hỗ trợ mình đi tìm phòng

Hết phòng nhưng không báo, hứa hẹn hỗ trợ tìm phòng nhưng cũng không giải quyết được. Làm khách vạ vật tìm phòng. Cẩn thận đặt trước hẳn 1 tuần rồi nhưng đến thì phòng vẫn hết, đổ lỗi cho khách trước bị delay chuyến bay nên trả phòng trễ, chứ không phải do công tác quản lý yếu kém của khách sạn à. They ran out of rooms without notifying me, promised to help find another room but couldn't deliver. I struggled to find a room on my own. I even booked well in advance, but when I arrived, the room was still unavailable. They blamed the previous guest for a delayed check-out, not their poor management. I book here almost every month, but the way the hotel treated me this time is unacceptable. Goodbye and won't be coming back!!!

Phòng ok so với tầm giá, mong khách sạn đầu tư dọn phòng kĩ hơn. Trêu nhân viên khách sạn cũng vui ^^

Gần Phố cổ, nhân viên thân thiện, có bạn Poodle mập lắm. Dưới nhà là quán cf nước ổn, view sông Hồng. Phòng cũng ok, thiếu gì có thể hỏi mượn nhân viên, xung quanh có tạp hoá, siêu thị tiện lợi và 1 vài quán ăn. Anh Hải cho bạn em cái móc khoá nữa, gần đó có “quán vịt nướng đi em” mọi người có thể thử dù em chưa thử

Phòng em ở bụi, bụi đóng dày trên mặt bàn trà và bàn trang điểm, phòng WC có cái cửa đóng mở hơi ồn do nó bị sát với sàn nhà quá, khách sạn không tự dọn phòng, xe cho thuê không gương, mũ bảo hiểm lỏng lẻo (theo style ở miền Bắc mọi người ưa chuộng). À xe Vision cái ổ khoá có căn mới vặn được mọi người (nhưng này là lỗi chung của xe Vision nên thôi)

Good value for money

It was close to city centre but still had to take a taxi across the bridge because you couldn't walk on it. Big rooms. Air conditioning was nice and shower was very high pressure and hot. Tv channels were good and had a couple of options in english. Beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the water.

Walls and roof had mould and overall just could've been cleaner and better maintained but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. Lots of mosquitos around but that's to be expected as it borders a lake. Staff could be friendlier, didn't even really crack a smile from anyone the whole time we were there...

When I checked in the receptionist was not very friendly, no good day or any form of greeting whatever, be it in English or Vietnamese. He needs to learn some basic customer relations !

Horrible experience, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Probably good rooms, I don't know since they didn't have a room for me, even though I booked three days in advance and told my time of arrival three times. Please read what I didn't like before you book.

Stay away from this hotel! Read through reviews on google maps, this has happened to a lot of people. They cancel the ones they do it to so they can't review their hotel. I booked 3 days in advance, and sent our time of our arrival three times. First time while booking. Sent a message right after we booked that we would arrive around 1-2am because of our bus. I was asked on the day of arrival what time we would check-in. I sent the same information as two times before, and they answered "ok sir". In other words, they confirmed my time of arrival two times. Arrived at 1:30am, and they said they didn't have a room for us. I couldn't believe how this could be possible when I had my reservation active on my phone. Communicated through google translate, and the receptionist never said sorry about the situation. Didn't seem like he cared. He followed us to a disgusting hotel some hundred meters away, with plenty of cigarette butts under the bed. The morning after I got a notification that they cancelled my booking, so it seems like they found my reservation after all.

The location of hotel was very different to locate had to spend alot for the cab . Apart from this there is no staff just one person on the reception. Rooms and washrooms were in very bad shape.

Great Stay

Very funky-style room, comfortable bed, very clean with adjoining coffee shop next to hotel.

Hotel in small alley with dificult car/taxi access.

Passable

The ceiling had a huge water damage and the room was very dirty. Towels had stains on them and the bathtub was full of hairs. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Also you cannot walk on the bridge to the old town so you have to take a cab every time. We switched hotels after one night.

Wouldn't stay there again

It's a shame , could be a really good spot . Nice cafe with garden , 2small ponds with coy fish , but hey , need a bit more discipline and respect for guests , the people working there act like they own the place haha

The boys from reception (definitely they didn't know what a receptionist is and how should act) were rude , asked for more money for laundry than initially said , not friendly . Noise all the time in the hotel , in the morning starting 6-7, in the night till 1-2am , mould on the walls (which I discovered after 2nd day , initially I thought was dust ...........

It is not possible to cross the bridge by foot to reach the old town. Some people said it was very close to the center so i thought it was.

Good place if you stay in the modern part, quite the opposite if you end up in the older part

The staff were very friendly and you could pay on card without additional fees. There seemed to be two sides of the hotel, one renovated and modern and one older and still with an older style. The location is close to local food but to go to the Old quarter you need to take a public bus or taxi as the bridge connection is not pedestrian.

The room we were allocated had a whole wall covered in water damage which made the air feel damp. We asked if we could get another room and for that night there was only one more option with a room with even more water damage (apparently there was a leak problem recently). Luckily we were moved to the other side of the hotel for the remainder of our stay which seems newly renovated and airy compared to the room from our first night.

Great potential but...

I like the position by the river and the coffee shop downstairs

The hotel has a great potential but unfortunately the rooms need maintenance and to be renewed. Moreover, there are many people working there but none of them speak English. So frustrating

Superb

Good modern hotel. One thing to note is that there seems to be an older and a newer part to it. The older part had some sort of leak which they are still to fix so bear that in mind. However the new part is what the pictures are like and it's clean and nice.

There is a cafe at the back of the hotel which is quite popular and there is some noise coming from there but it doesn't go until late so not a big problem and also a good view of the river with your morning coffee. Also it's on the other side of the river from the Old Quarter and you can't walk over the bridge, it's only for vehicles. Plenty of public buses nearby though.

Little bit dirty. Shower in the middle of the bathroom, but it's normal in Vietnam so not a huge problem.

When we arrived the room we had booked wasn’t available and they only had a much smaller one. in the end was fine because we didn’t care and they reduced the price! in anyways was a comfortable one. The cafe downstairs is cool! the location is ok if you have your own transportation
