We had an excellent stay. There were a couple of issues with our unit, but the staff worked to correct them as quickly as they could, which we really appreciated. The units were lovely; the kitchen was practical (the coffeemaker was on the small side!); the furniture (beds, couches, etc.) was comfortable. There's an elevator plus a nice party room with a grill and a lovely pool.
Having grab bars in the bathroom for safety and older folks really would have been great -- and is a pretty easy fix that would open the units up to many more people.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Valhalla was so peaceful and quiet it was also very very clean. I would definitely be staying here on my next stay in Tulum. thank
