We took 95 year old mother and had a great stay, layout very practical for four single guests.

Great location. Good layout. Well furnished. Clean.

A few things need fixing. Gate latch, cupboard above oven, upstairs shower nozzle was loose, lift out of order. Toasted sandwich maker had been left dirty. Small details really!

Great place for groups with everything you need for a relaxing weekend

Amazing stay. We went to Hawkes Bay for a Marathon and the accommodation was a great place as our base. It was near enough to the city centre that you could walk there, yet there was no street noise. Straight across the road from the beach so we got awesome sunrise views. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms and great open plan communal spaces.
