A beautiful and spacious three-storey home with plenty of rooms and beds, making it very comfortable for a larger group. The house is well equipped with good sofa sets, a dining area, kitchen appliances, hot showers, a lift, and a lovely glass-enclosed balcony. The location is also excellent, tucked away at the end of the road so it feels more private and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of the pasar malam and nearby shop lots.
The main issue was the lift, which malfunctioned almost every day at certain hours. Some of the water heaters were also inconsistent, working intermittently throughout our stay. These were inconvenient, especially for a multi-storey house.

Bad smell especially on toilet
The ceiling in tue second room has mould growth, and some of the material appears to be falling onto the bed sheets.
Dirty bunk bed mattress. My kids got rashes on her face in the morning
No filter water
Sofa very old, look dirty and you can feel the spring when you sit on
