Really great hostel, I loved the room, availability of female rooms, the common area, everything was really clean and I felt very safe. Location is great, just few steps from the Cathedral - would definitely recommend

Clean place in a really central location. The lobby area is quite nice. The AC and toilets are pretty good.
Why don't you put curtains on the beds? There are no curtains on the beds. I don't think that's great for privacy. This was the first time I experienced something like this and it wasn't nice.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding and towels. We stayed in a family type room with our two teenagers who were very comfortable in the bunk beds. Well appointed plug sockets, good size bathroom.

Nothing special
One toilet & one shower for 6 people, in a 6 bed dorm. Ouch.
No padlocks for the cupboard
NO CURTAINS
UNRELIABLE WIFI, like barely being able to send a message (I stayed in 301 room, so it be floor/room specific)
Barely any kitchen utensils/dishes, just one knife.
Oh, the bathroom door was stuck and I got locked inside for a while.
Unapologetic, unempathetic staff.
Luggage storage is paid and is not mentioned anywhere in their policies (3 Euros for a day)
I paid 2.5x my friend paid for the same room on the same date (dynamic pricing yes, but that’s too much)
I told them about wifi/lock issues - I just got a I will check lock later today
