Location was good 5 minutes to centre, about 9 minutes to beach, long sandy beach,goes on for miles in both directions, long promenade mostly flat all the way to next place, breakfast was excellent, could have a full English or just a bacon sandwich, or just cereals .
All the pubs seemed to close around 10pm ( Monday to Wednesday) I think they stay open longer at the weekend,

The bar down stairs
The room wasn't very clean it had cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling and mold around the shower tray
The toilet roll holder and the towel rail had fallen off and was just laid on the floor.
The bed was surprisingly comfy but the pillows were hard and a bit lumpy
