About this apartment rental
This apartment owns its name to its obviously wonderful view over the city monuments and hill surrounding Florence.
This nice 40 m2 loft is on the 6th and last floor of a Historic Renaissance palace with Elevator. It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The elevator goes straight to the 6th floor, then there are 3 steps on the stairs to reach the entrance door.
Inside you will find the living room in front of you and the brand new bathroom (with a very spacious shower) to the right.
Further ahead to the right there is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine.
It is 5 minutes walking stance from the Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi gallery and from 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from all the others main monuments and museums.
Clean sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guests.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence – Great for Families!We had a fantastic stay in the Historic Centre of Florence! The location of this apartment could not be more convenient—it is just a short walk to the palace, the bridge, and absolutely everything else we wanted to see.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the friendly staff took the time to show us around and give us all the information we needed to know. It is very family-friendly, and our daughter absolutely loved sleeping in the upstairs loft bed! The newly updated kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.The only minor critique we have is regarding the sofa bed. The section where your upper torso and head rest is currently collapsing and angling downward, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It looks like it just needs a basic repair or a replacement.Otherwise, everything about our stay was absolutely great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this apartment again!

This apartment was lovely beyond my expectations and perfectly located. The view of the Duomo was rather magical.Check in was easy and Leonardo gave us great information.Just know that the bedroom is upstairs in the loft and the bathroom is not. We were aware of that and it was not a problem.....it just made life a little more interesting!
