Location to the centre of Florence/Santo Spirito and the generous size of the apartment.
The tv in the living room didn’t work! The air conditioning units were great but they were so noisy at night. Even switched off they continuously creaked and kept us awake. Despite being 4 floors up the traffic noise was horrendous late at night and early in the morning. As a residential block the apartment next door has a dog and every time we entered or exited it barked even though we tried to be respectful of noise as per the house rules.

Eine sehr gute Lage, Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Die Klimaanlage in der Küche war gänzlich kaputt. Die im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht kühlen. Die verbleibende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat nicht ausgereicht, die Wohnung bei den 38°C draußen ausreichend zu kühlen.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und beengt. Die Dusche liefert erst nur kaltes Wasser, danach nur heißes.
Das Apartment war zur Check-in Zeit 15 Uhr nicht fertig. Wir mussten eine Stunde warten, während die Putzkolonne noch am arbeiten war.

Very well maintained and equipped with everything you need! Perfect Location. Check-In and admin also really good. We had a small issue and they immediately took care of it.
Noise from street may not be ideal for someone with sleep issues. One of the AC was not working but they provided a fan instead for that room, which was good.

The place is spacious, clean and organize, well equipped, instructions were provided clearly. Near to tourists spots and good restaurants. The host also provided extra fans due to the extreme heat but ACs were working fine.
