spacious clean rooms with a nice bathroom. seating area outside door with access to pool. breakfast included. the staff member mani went above and beyond, taught us all how to ride a scooter and was super helpful with where to go. also helped us with a driver to explore the island for the day.

location wasn’t amazing but close enough to basic needs

The receptionist, Mari, was very kind and friendly.

The hotel owner did not fix the issue about wi-fi quickly. He didn’t come and check the hotel during the storm.

perfect for what we needed as w head a 2 day tour booked, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Helped us get a ride to the port and also fed us when we were hungry and couldn’t get to anywhere for food

location is not great if you do not have a bike/car. not accessible via foot as far from things and goes through dark roads under construction

The double rooms were nice and comfy, very spacious

The running water had a terrible smell and made the rooms smell bad. The pictures of the breakfast are before covid so we were very disappointed when we were just given tea/coffee and toast. The bunk beds were way too noisey everytime you moved in bed the whole bed would shake and wake everyone up.

Had the best stay at this accommodation, was only a 5 minute drive from the port and was within walking distance to the shops. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, they organised for a driver to take us around the island who showed us all the best spots. Would definitely stay at this accommodation again if I come back to nusa penida

I had a beautiful 2 night stay at this stunning accommodation. The most warm welcome and best service throughout the stay. A little gem in a beautiful place. Everything you needed and more. Would most definitely return.

Definitely will stay here again next year!! - The housekeeper Mr. Dewa Made was amazing!! Friendly, caring and honest man. He took care of us when we got accident, provided motorcycles and car to take us to Nyuh port at a good price, treated us as his friends which feel warm and sincere. - Nice, new hotel with swimming pool. Room for 4 was spacious, comfortable and clean with bunk beds (love it). - Location is really close to Sampalan fast boat port. 5mins walking

Nothing disturbing.... Just the water was a bit salty but we understand it is located in an area where waterline is just being built there. Hope next year the area will get access for plain water. The road was also rocky.

They didn’t give us the room that we have booked, the manager walked into my room in the middle of the night without knocking and identifying himself and the front desk staff kept begging for tips, withholding change and asking if he can keep it.

“free breakfast” is a slice of bread… the staff speak barely any English and also I tried to get a bed in the hostel and they were gonna charge me for the whole room ! all 4 beds made no sense so I went to another hostel

We had a great stay at The Puncak Santhi Inn! The staff was very nice and even brought us to the pier on the morning we left. The rooms and the pool were clean and we were able to rent scooters at the hotel.

Everything was great! Conditions in the hotel were just amazing. Air conditioner, pool and clean rooms!

The beds were very comfortable and clean and the place was quiet with a nice pool.

It was a little hard to get to and off the Main Street meaning you needed to moped everywhere. Place offered no exertions so had to find them all ourselves.

The straff is very helpful and serviceminded. They will help you with booking daytrips and scooter. The room and pool was clean. The snorkling is amazing, and can be booked through the hotel. 10/10

EVERYTHING! The place is amazing, the staff unique. The owners, a really lovely couple from Bali, they were worried about me, so nice from them. one guy part of the staff brought me to the restaurant and he waited for me outside.. And then brought me back to the hostel. The day after the same guy brought me with the scooter to the port, 20min away from the Puncak Santhi. I HIGHLY recommend this place, is an oasi of peace and pleasures. I loved it. ♥️

It's not the best road to get there, a bit dark in the middle of the jungle, for a lady to come back at the hostel.. But if u have a scooter it's fine 😊👍
