Bad experience with the service , The cleaning , the maintence and insects inside the apartment .

Nice furnitures , refurnished .

The pillows and bed sheets , low quality for a 4 stars . The cleaning was not good , some insects inside even over the bed . When I arrived the bed did not set properly , towels was inside the washing machine . There was not spares sheet . When I complained about the insects nobody answered with a solution promptly . It was a really bad experience at this apartment and the service .

The apartment was great, however some essential amenities were not provided (not great).

There was a small issue at the reception where they could not find my reservation. Luckily the reception gave me the keys while they were trying to figure out the issue, which was resolved right after I entered the apartment.

I arrived at 11 pm and very tired. small issue with check in - reception could not find my booking so I had to wait around 10 minutes to get they keys to the apartment. Once in the apartment, I noticed, there was no "welcome amenities", I mean, not a single bottle of water or coffee pods. No toiletries (soap, shampoo).
