Everything ! It’s a beautiful villa with everything you want in a holiday place. Them view was amazing too and we loved the pool and hot tub. The kids loved the games room downstairs and the computer games. The place was very clean and the staff were amazing.

Beautiful, modern house with all amenities (pool, jetted hot tub, outdoor kitchen, gaming room...) for a fantastic vacation. Nice views from the pool & terrace area. Barbara was a fantastic host, communication was smooth and she was very flexible about our arrival and departure time. Special mention for the cleanliness of the house.
The little harbor village of Trget is nearby, and we highly recommend both restaurants there if you love freshly caught fish (be sure to ask for it!). A bit further away there are ample restaurants and shops in Labin and Rabac.
Other reviews mentioned lack of dishes and cutlery, but we were with 6 and everything was fine!
We didn't have any negative points. But it is worthwhile to know it's located in a quiet, hilly area that offered peace and privacy, a real plus for us, though it might not suit everyone. Having a car is essential due to its secluded location. The charming little harbor town of Trget is nearby, but most places of interest are at least a 15-minute drive away.
