Really lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Location was brilliant as well right next to the beach but just far away as to not hear any loud noises from the main street. Also had a lovely balcony and a brilliant AC.
The showers were a little bit old fashioned and dirty but for us who just wanted a place to sleep shower and then go out it was perfect.

I stayed here for a week, primarily because of the location. The building and rooms are quite dated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately the cleaning during my stay was not up to standard.
A positive note was the building owner. The shutter to my balcony was broken, so the management arranged for the building’s owner to fix it. He was very kind and helpful.
The walls are very thin (common in Rimini buildings), so you can hear noise from other rooms.
This is basic accommodation. It served its purpose for an off-season stay.
I returned for a second stay. The experience was consistent with my first visit: the building is not soundproofed, and the cleaning service remained unfortunately lacking.
This time, the noise issues became more disruptive due to a loud argument from a neighbouring couple.
The people running the hotel are pleasant and try to help.
